The biggest risk you can take is not improving your life, and if you truly value your personal growth and development, you simply must become a reader. Even if you do not have a leadership position by title, each one of you is a leader in your own right. You have the opportunity to lead and impact those within your circle of influence each day. In the profound words of former President Harry S. Truman, "Not all readers are leaders, but all leaders are readers." Check out this episode, and become a reader today.
John C. Maxwell has famously stated, "You'll never change your life until you change something you do daily. The secret to your success is in your daily routine." This emphasis on consistency is prevalent in children as they are growing and learning new things, yet for some reason or another, we seem to forget the incredible importance of this emphasis as we get older. In this episode, I discuss why we seem to forget this as adults and how consistency over time is the only true way to be great at anything. Check out the full episode for all the details. As always, thanks for listening!
