On today's episode we welcome our first guest to the show! Subject matter expert, Philip Baxter, and I cover his recent work on the modernization of nuclear weapons technology, and we discuss potential threats and things to look forward to in the nuclear arms field.
Phil is a Research Fellow with the Center for Policy Research at the University of Albany; founder and director of Hatteras Solutions LLC, a data analytics and consulting firm; a Ph. D Candidate in International Affairs, Science, and Technology at the Georgia Institute of Technology, and is co-editor of a new book being released in March 2020 entitled Nuclear Modernization in the 21st Century.
