In today's episode Lucas was chatting with fellow wildfitter, youth worker, adventurer, wildfit coach, and traveler Kylie Forseille. After watching family members struggle with health challenges, Kylie set out on a mission to change the face of health care in our world. While studying to become a nurse she learned about the connection between people's diets and rapid increase in problems like Type 2 diabetes and Alzheimer's. It was around the same time that she began to realize that the western medical system is simply not set up for preventative health care, the modern medical system was designed to treat people when they are sick, not to prevent them from getting sick in the first place. While living in Estonia, Kylie had the good fortune of meeting Eric Edmeades, the creator and founder of WildFit, a program designed to change people's relationship to food and really help them prevent health issues by focusing on eating the way humans were designed to. She quickly realized that if she was going have a major impact on people's health, this would be more effective than nursing. Kylie is a self described multi passionate individual who enjoys getting the most out of every moment of her life, making it hard for even her closest friends to keep up.

When was the last time you let your inner child come out and have some real solid play time? The thing is, most people in the modern world keep their inner children locked away deep inside their outer adult. As a society we tend to think that you have to be serious all the time in order to get ahead in life, but the reality is that the opposite is true. Think about it, who do people really love in the world up to in the world? Actors, comedians, dancers, artists... the kinds of people who make a habit of letting their inner child out to play. Children learn by playing, they make friends by playing, they exercise by playing, they even play with their food as they eat. But at some point as people grow up they loose touch with that playful nature, people become self conscious and it slowly becomes unacceptable for adults to be playful. Lucas and TK think that's a load of rubbish! The people in the world who maintain their playfulness into adulthood are the ones who are most successful and happiest in life. In today's episode Lucas and TK offer some ideas for integrating more play into your life and gaining some of those amazing benefits.

Well, sort of, but it is more complicated than that. In today's episode Lucas and TK discuss the subtleties and nuance of hydration.
