In this episode, we discuss the case of George Floyd, a 46-year-old black man that died in Minneapolis, Minnesota from the cause of Derek Chauvin, a white police officer, pressing his knee upon Floyd’s neck for approximately 8-9 minutes. We can correlate this event to the global issue, “Culture, Identity, and Community,” more specifically, racial inequality.
