Saint Sophia's Simple Sunday Liturgy for those who are unable to attend Liturgy. This is the 17th week After Pentacost. The readings are Eph 4;1-6 and Mt. 22:34-36.
Sunday Typika Sixth Tone. This is commonly called the Readers Service when there is no Priest available for Liturgy on Sunday's. If you can't attend Liturgy, the Typika is a good thing to read with family and friends.
The Ninth Hour is recited at 3P. This was the time when Christ died on the Cross. He defeated death and rose from the dead. Christ Lives!
The Sixth Hour can be recited at 12P, when Christ was Crucified on the Cross, or combined with the Third Hour before the Typika or Divine Liturgy.
Third Hour: This prayer can be recited at 9A or combined with the Sixth Hour (12p) before the Typika or Liturgy.
First Hour: This is an ancient prayer of the Orthodox Church. This prayer is usually said first thing in the Morning. Usually at 6A or 7A.
Orthodox Reader's Service for 8/12. This is a good daily practice for people who can't make it to Church for good reasons.
