Just being an African-American women brings it's own discrimination. One way is to over charge over price service. That means I am too uneducated about the car. When you serve your country that should help give assistance. Not in a lot of cases. For me this will be the second time I have not been able to get assistance. The reason not for lacking documentation but because I am a Veteran!!!! If it is not bad having to be reminded of old past memories dealing with the VA. The American Advocacy group was unable to assist because I was a Veteran. Since they do not understand the VA or anything military they just said they cannot help. I always get I am sorry. That sorry still does not help me. I am so angry about this!!!!😠😠😠 Literally this was a whole bunch of junk. A pure waste of time and effort wasted!!!!!!!

Thise boundaries are across every area of your life. Some of us want to help out as much as we are able. Then it takes a toll on your physical body and sometimes your thoughts. Self-Care is not always just making doing things. Self-Care is also knowing when things are way too much on you. When that happens and you realize it pull back.
