In today's session I coached a coach who wanted to transition away from her corporate job and be able to work full time on her business instead. But there was a big problem in her way: she found it hard to charge money for her services. She loved helping people and had no problem doing skill swaps, but when it came to asking for money, that was an issue for her, and it was preventing her from being able to create the lifestyle she really wanted.

In today's session I coached an established business owner who wanted to attract more clients. Although she was already attracting 1 or 2 new clients every week, she couldn't see how to get to her next level of success which was to attract 1 or 2 new clients every day. She had been stagnant for some time and was feeling frustrated, but she didn't like the option of running paid ads like she'd been advised to.

In today's coaching session my wonderful client, Kimberlee, talked about how she was getting in her own way of success because she was afraid to share her much-needed business admin knowledge. She had no fear when it came to talking about make-up, which was her hobby, but when it came to talking about business advice, she was inconsistent and hesitant to speak up, despite the fact that she knew her stuff. She felt that if she had someone to hold herself accountable, to encourage her, then she'd be able to make more progress, and this perceived lack of support was particularly difficult for her.

Today's coaching session looks at a very common obstacle to business success which is: the fear of sounding salesy. As purpose-driven entrepreneurs and change-makers, the thought of asking people for money in exchange for a service can feel very difficult - and this was exactly the issue that my client for today's session was facing in her business.
Although she'd already achieved incredible success, she was stuck at that level and felt blocked from getting to the next, partly because she was reluctant to really start promoting her ecourse.

In today's session I spoke with a client who was not long into making a living as a full time photographer, and she was looking for help with 'getting booked'. She didn't have any kind of system in place for attracting new clients, which meant that she was still trying to move out of the phase of earning 'just enough' and into the phase of earning 'more than enough'.
