Zac and Ashley Lenz
Zac and Ashley bring their heart and their wit to the table as they discuss what makes families tick. Drawing from their experience pastoring and counseling, along with what goes on in their own house, the two tackle everything from the most common issues in marriage, to the nuances of modern dating, to stewarding the next generation while honoring the last one.
With the the conviction that God has surrounded each of us with vast resources in the form of people, Zac and Ashley interview families and individuals from their church and community who’s life experiences reflect triumph in the topic of the day.
All this with the confidence that our Heavenly Father is the original Architect of the family, and with Him we can strengthen, renovate, and rebuild our homes if aligned and empowered by His Spirit and His Word.
This is not your standard "Our House" episode. Back on November 30, 2025 - Pastor Zac announced that some of the HPC staff had recieved an invitation to be part of a Pastoral Summit in Israel, joining close to 1000 other church leaders from around the US, for a week-long intensive of meetings and services with the purpose of giving an unfiltered view of what is happening in the nation of Israel. On Sunday, December 28, 2025, Pastors Zac & Ashley Lenz, Pastors John & Kim Gagne, Pastor Will Saint-Ilme, and Pastor Mike O'Brien spoke about their experience.
Pastors Zac and Ashely discuss the importance of community in a church, especially larger churches, and the important role that "small groups" play in the lives of those who are part of one. There's also a brief discussion of how this time of year gets busy and evidently there are a couple of bodies in the freezer somewhere at the Lenz home or something... You'll figure it out! Enjoy!

Not only is it one of the 10 Commandments, but "Thou Shalt Not Lie" is also the lesson taught in the first episode of the late 80's, early 90's hit series "McGee and Me" which tells the story of the Martin family moving in with Grandma Martin, a sweet old lady who lives in Eastfield's suburbia. Being new to the neighborhood, the middle-child, Nicholas Martin, or simply known as Nick, wants to make a first good impression, and by doing so, lies about a strange neighbor of his, much to the dismay of Nick's animated cartoon sidekick 'McGee', Nick's lie only temporarily makes him a hero, but in the end, leaves him feeling guilty - especially after his grandmother tells him about how the strange native-american is actually a caretaker for injured animals.
