Jehovah SHALOM - The Lord is our peace
We return to the story of Gideon and another name given to God.
We continue our series this morning and look at Jehovah Tsidkenu. God makes us right with him, not by our own measures, but by what Jesus did on the cross for us
Jehovah Mekadesh - The Lord who is Holy. Exodus Chapter 31, verses 12-13. What does a colander and lanyard have in common? God sanctifies and separates us, but we also have a part to play.
Jehovah Nissi: The Lord is our banner. What is a banner and why is it of any relevance to us today? God promises victory and this name links to battles faced and the strength that is needed.
Just like God healed His people in Exodus, He still heals us today because of what Jesus did on the cross
Adonai. Meaning the lord is master or sovereign or ruler. Join us as we look at another characteristic of God particularly through the eyes of Gideon in the book of Judges.
He is the God Almighty. The book of Job calls God as El Shaddai more than any other book in the bible. Let's look at where else God was called the El Shaddai. Have a listen.

God's love for us does not threaten, but it is reckless and He will stop at nothing to get us back.
