Championship Weekend! Week 16 is for all the marbles in most leagues and formats. Lot's of teams out there that have 1 maybe 2 guys you want in your starting lineup with the glory on the line. Then there are a few teams that you start everyone, lots of haves and have-nots in the NFL currently and based on last weeks poor performances from top tier guys, it's anyone's game headed into this weekend. The 2017 opening to the NFL season did not start with a bang like it has most years, in this down year there were only 44 offensive touchdowns compared to 73 last season. Pyro takes it's Strength of Schedule seriously when it comes to fantasy football. It's a great barometer on who you should take on draft day when it's close between 2 players and one guy has a cackwalk schedule for the season and the other guy goes against defensive jauggernauts thruout the season. When Manning had the easiest SoS 2 season ago he tossed 55 touchdowns. Last year Tannehill had the easiest schedule for QBs and we were high on him - he finished 8th in scoring suprising everyone but us. Analog at it's finest. David is a remarkable scout, he knows what's up when it comes to NFL rookies. He used to work with Al Davis and the Raiders and now focuses his energies on writing the scouting reports for many of the teams in the NFL. We did an awesome Mock Draft on last week's podcast that covered a 12-man league for PPR (w/ a flex)... this week we dissect the picks and the approaches to help you see the light on what some of the better approaches are to take in fantasy football drafts this season. Unlike any other year, there are different routes your first 3 - 5 picks can have, TE, QB, WR, RB for example, when was the last time teams were taking tight ends in the first round and a QB next?
