Corey is a man who moved to Minnesota a number of years ago, & during that time, he’s been somewhat of a free agent in terms of his fandom. Before the start of the 2021-2022 season however, he announced to the Twitter world that he was going to make a very strange leap: to go all in & become a fan of the Minnesota Timberwolves. Two obvious questions arise from this decision:

Yesterday, Jimmy Butler returned to practice, & gave an interview to ESPN. We have never seen dysfunction in an organization quite like this. In light of that, we did a breakdown of how the Jimmy Butler saga has come to this, & gave our takes on it.
Jimmy Butler still has not been traded, so we decided to record another podcast to own the Thibs. We talked about potential trades, and also nonsense like the Chicago Sports Super Fans skit from SNL.
Maggie and Patrick sit down with David Naylor and Paul Moses after a decent amount of drinks and discuss all of the craziness surrounding the Jimmy Butler trade demand. This podcast have it all.
We did this podcast in reaction to the news that Jimmy Butler and Thibs were going to have one last meeting to try to salvage the relationship between Jimmy and the franchise. Of course, as luck would have it, Jimmy demanded a trade the very next day, before Patrick had a chance to publish it. So...we'll talk about the insane amount of drama that's unfolded since then on our next episode, I guess, and Patrick won't put off publishing content next time.
