Updates on what I've been doing since the red alert lockdown and the relationship between sleep and suicide
Orange alert, second waves, managing stress, and night owls! A quick update on the goings-on of this sleep consultant and coach! This segment was originally recorded on Sept. .24.
Sept. 28 (14:56) Update: We're now transitioning to red alert.
This was actually recorded on June 28 and originally uploaded as a segment on another episode. Night owls were having much better sleep during the pandemic, but now that many of them are back at work... what do they do? https://tinyurl.com/4454scdx
This was actually recorded on June 11, 2020, but it was added to Episode 5. The episode was my off-the-cuff reaction to a podcast episode where a "wellness" expert began talking about sleep... and got it so wrong. Hence, my rant.
There's a lot going on out there. Right now, a lot of people are experiencing stress and anxiety, which can really affect sleep - with sleep troubles like nightmares and insomnia.
As promised, here a link to a cheat sheet to help you avoid nightmares. Download the cheat sheet here.
So, just an observation I've made about some night owls during this time...
