I am honoured to invite you into the lives of some inspirational people whose stories will open your heart and inspire you to live your best life possible. This will be a space for us to connect, learn and grow together through the magic of Storytelling.
In this episode, I got to speak to my brother Paul about his journey from hitting rock bottom to the climb back up. We chat about how healing from addiction became the catalyst for huge change in his life and how this has led him towards discovering his life's purpose. We chat about the positives that can come from men doing their inner work and how this could bring about huge change in the lives of young men today and how we raise our boys. We also talk about Social Media and how we can allow it to have a positive impact on our lives and the importance of setting examples for our children around this. Although I have been alongside him on this journey, it was epic to hear his story from beginning to where he is now, and really feel into the transformation that has taken place. His is a story that is too often left unspoken but has the potential to help many. I hope you enjoy this episode of Beneath His Smile.

In this episode I am chatting with Kim Parry. Kim is a homeopath on the Sunshine Coast and mum to two Devine beings. We talk about how Kim has supported our family with Homeopathy. How she discovered the power of this alternative medicine and how she then used it to heal her own chronic fatigue.
Amidst the beauty of the wonderful stories being shared on my podcast, I want to also share some raw and personal snippets of my own journey and the things that have gone on ‘Beneath My Smile’. Episode 4 is a story about a 4 day colon cleanse I recently completed. I talk about how I felt during and after the cleanse, I talk about food and other addictions, I talk about mindful eating and my goals around all of this. This is The Beneath Her Smile Podcast and this is a small story of mine.
If there is one thing I think the world needs more of, it's safe spaces for both men and women to be held and supported in letting go of stagnant energy from their bodies so that we are free to continue to grow, move forward and evolve. My next guest, Corinne, who is yet another mama angel on the Sunshine Coast, holds this beautiful and divine space through her magical workshops. Corinne's energy is so warm and I found so many similarities in her story to my own life that I could really relate to and could learn so much from. This conversation is so important and bringing to life more of this 'acceptance of vulnerability' for both women and men will be so healing for the world and so life changing for our children. It's up to us to break cycles and be the change makers. I hope you will find this chat as enlightening as what I did. This is Beneath Her Smile and this is Corrinne's story.
In this week's episode, Loraine and I chat to Robyn Way. Another Sunny Coast Mama who greatly turned her life around and is now helping others to do the same through what she learnt along the way.
Robyn's story will take you on a journey, she so beautifully describes the healing process, from beginning to look within, to believing in herself and taking a risk to discovering her purpose and then sharing it with the world.
Robyn shares so much knowledge and you will get so much out of this chat.
It will inspire, intrigue and ultimately empower you on your own journey.
This is Beneath Her Smile and this is Robyn's story.
Our very first guest is Loraine Boss. A Sunshine Coast Mama and Yoga Teacher so beautifully passionate about helping others through learning and embodying the true meaning of yoga.
Loraine's story is one of true strength and profound courage which have been key elements in getting her to where she is today.
She has so much wisdom to share.
This is 'Beneath Her Smile' and this is Loraine's story. X.
