I am honoured to invite you into the lives of some inspirational people whose stories will open your heart and inspire you to live your best life possible. This will be a space for us to connect, learn and grow together through the magic of Storytelling.
In this episode, I got to speak to my brother Paul about his journey from hitting rock bottom to the climb back up. We chat about how healing from addiction became the catalyst for huge change in his life and how this has led him towards discovering his life's purpose. We chat about the positives that can come from men doing their inner work and how this could bring about huge change in the lives of young men today and how we raise our boys. We also talk about Social Media and how we can allow it to have a positive impact on our lives and the importance of setting examples for our children around this. Although I have been alongside him on this journey, it was epic to hear his story from beginning to where he is now, and really feel into the transformation that has taken place. His is a story that is too often left unspoken but has the potential to help many. I hope you enjoy this episode of Beneath His Smile.

If there is one thing I think the world needs more of, it's safe spaces for both men and women to be held and supported in letting go of stagnant energy from their bodies so that we are free to continue to grow, move forward and evolve. My next guest, Corinne, who is yet another mama angel on the Sunshine Coast, holds this beautiful and divine space through her magical workshops. Corinne's energy is so warm and I found so many similarities in her story to my own life that I could really relate to and could learn so much from. This conversation is so important and bringing to life more of this 'acceptance of vulnerability' for both women and men will be so healing for the world and so life changing for our children.
