Behold! The boiz sit down and have a chat with one of their favourite drummers, Curtis Hitchcock...I mean, Curtis Hircock! Curtis has been spiralling downwards with us since his days drumming for Toronto metalcore legends Drag The Lake. Nowadays he's the drummer for Lungless, and other things he won't yet tell us about. Because this chat was so much fun, it became a two part episode. So enjoy part 1!

Today we get a little more serious, as we remember some friends that have passed. Death is the thing at the end of the downward spiral, and is the only guaranteed aspect of our downward spiral, yet as humans we don't talk about it enough.
