Podcast Royal provides candid commentary on the biggest Royal Family headlines of the week and offers segments on fashion, beauty, health, wellness, and lifestyle that listeners can incorporate into their own lives, inspired by the Duchess of Cambridge (Kate Middleton), the Duchess of Sussex (Meghan Markle), Queen Elizabeth II, and others in the British Royal Family. This week, Jessica and Rachel sit down with Myka Meier, owner of Beaumont Etiquette. Myka is currently on tour across the US, and will be hosting a royal etiquette course at The Plaza in New York City, on October 19th. She was trained in London by a former member of Her Majesty The Queen's household staff, and has created her own etiquette courses, including "The Duchess Effect." It's was reported last Wednesday, on January 16th, that the Princess of Wales' had undergone successful abdominal surgery and King Charles was expected to have a procedure for an enlarged prostate. Then, on Sunday, January 21st, it was announced that Fergie, The Duchess of York had moles removed that were confirmed to be malignant melanoma, a form of skin cancer. We are praying for the good health and recovery of The Princess of Wales, King Charles III, and Fergie!

Steep tea bag in hot water for 3-5 minutes in a cup. Add honey or maple syrup to the hot tea and stir to dissolve. In a steamer or electric frother, steam/froth milk and vanilla extract. Remove the tea bag from the cup and pour the milk over the hot tea. Enjoy!
