Did you know that the organizational chart and the top-down/power-over structure we all labor under came from the search for controls needed after a train wreck? Well, they found their answer in the organizational might of the Prussian Army. This was back in the mid-1800's, and we've been marching to the same army beat ever since. Now that business's top-heavy and unnecessarily controlling weaknesses have been revealed (thank you, COVID-19), we need to embrace the new. Not just a "different" answer to old questions, but completely new modes, systems, and above all...a human response to the humans that actually make up business. Humans first, data second.
