Compasses And Cocoons: Recent Episodes

Alexandria Taylor

life is a journey of tight spaces. We start in a womb, and we end up in a coffin or earn, and in-between life frequently gives us a bit of a squeeze. What I see in those moments are cocoons. Our journey is filled with circumstances that are uncomfortable and ill-fitting, but that's because they're meant to be temporary. I'm not sure how much a caterpillar knows as it builds his cocoon, but the transformation is evident. unlike the biological roadmap of the caterpillar, we have to consciously navigate through our series of goons. This podcast is here to act as a compass, walking with us on our way, and helping us to get where we're going. Your host, Alexandria Taylor of Navigate ARTfully LLC, will be bringing content and conversation that is reflective of her life experience and the wisdom that she has gained along the way. As a teacher, she has a passion for sharing information that helps others grow. And as a connected human being, she has a passion for journeying with others as we all continue to evolve. And as the African proverb says, "if you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together."

This first episode is an introduction to me and the podcast. I know that when I start listening to a podcast, I'm curious about the voice or voices on the other side of the screen, so I figured I would start with giving you my background and a little of my journey, so you can see where I'm coming from. Hopefully knowing more about me will encourage you to take the journey with me.
