Fulfilling Purpose is all about obeying God per time. God is never in a haste to use disobedient people. Have you been obeying or ignoring God?
I don't know if there is anything that can be birthed outside the place of prayer. It is in the place of prayer which is also an act of submission to God that we call forth everything that has been written about us.
When Angel Gabriel visited Mary with the message of immaculate conception,she asked him"how shall these things be,seeing that I am a virgin?" The angel answered and said to her,"the Holy Spirit will come upon you..." . You cannot fulfill God's purpose for your life without the ministry and invasion of the Holy Spirit. You need Him.
Fulfilling your number one purpose is actually what opens you up to the rest of the things God has called you to do. If you miss this first one,you can miss out on everything.
Your story may not be pleasant,you may have had an ugly past,you may have made mistakes,and experienced things that has caused you to think you are no longer eligible to be used by God. Today,God is saying to you that He still needs you, that nothing in your past can hinder what He wants to do in and through you.
