May is Mental Health Awareness month and I’m dedicated to spreading awareness in any way that I can. So during the duration of this month, I will be sharing a 4-part unfiltered, personal journey of my mental health each week. This journey will take us though when I discovered I had a disorder to how I reconciled with it and where I am today.
