In this episode I got to chat with Azissa Singh a climbing guide who currently lives in the Boulder Colorado area. Azissa found climbing her freshman year of college and since then has worked to develop both her personal passion for the sport and her professional skills as a guide and has been able to turn the combination of the two into a profession. She has also been active in helping to promote thought and direct energy into helping the climbing community recognize that it has not been equally inclusive for all people. In this episode i sat down with Josh Whitmore. Josh has had a very interesting progression through the outdoor industry. From passionate hobbiest to professional mountain biker to climbing and rafting guide to outdoor educator and cycling coach he has certainly experienced the industry from many different angles. In the episode we talk about how he has always lived the life that was best for him and how he has mixed his passion for the outdoors with a hard working attitude that has allowed him to succeed in many different pursuits. Nick, his wife and their baby daughter set out a couple of years ago to buy a sailboat and have since become full time live aboard sailors residing in Boston Harbor aboard their 42 foot sailing ketch Felicity. Nick and I have been friends since college and it has been so fun watching them live out this dream and make sailing such a huge part of their lives. Barrett is a professional mountain bike guide and the owner of Red Wolf Tours a mountain bike tour company in Brevard NC. He has been mountain biking since he was in High school and used his internships as a engineering student in college to take him all around the country exploring awesome trails! After graduation he faced some struggles not knowing if life as part of a big corporation was for him. Eventually he decided it wasn't and he and his wife ended up in beautiful Brevard NC where he opened his business and spends most of his days leading people on the awesome area trails. 

During the episode we talk about bikes, passion, business and how to decide if you really want to take your passion for a hobby and turn it into a career. Enjoy!
