On the authority of Abdullaah ibn Umar, that the Prophet - may the peace and salutations of Allaah be upon him - said:
'Four, if they are found in you there is nothing else you need from this worldly life:
- Truthfulness in speech,
- Preserving trusts,
- Good mannerisms,
- Moderation in food'
