Michael and Lucy Heimburger
We're Mike and Lucy Heimburger. We've been married since 2003. We have four extraordinary kids. Our oldest is profoundly gifted. We've had adventures in homeschooling, traveling the US in an RV, and moving across country.
Lucy starts a part-time job after being a stay-at-home mom, homeschooler, and entrepreneur for 9 years.
We talk about our positive potty learning approach and how we make it a fun experience with a shame-free approach.
We talk about "leader day." Our kids are on a rotation of who gets to be the leader each day. They get to make decisions, have responsibilities, and get special one-on-one time with one of us. It has solved so many daily problems for us that we wanted to share it.
