When people think of leadership, being a pioneer or a visionary they think of being number one. It feeds to a lot of peoples egos to feel like they are the most important and everyone will idolize them. However there is a truth to leadership that not many people are aware of. This secret is so hidden that I believe that those in leadership roles are not aware of it themselves. This is the secret truth to leadership.
In these times we can get shocked in the way people are reacting. Is this shocking? Or are we just blind to who people really are?
Most adults have that moment in their life that scarred them. It could come in the form of sexual, physical, or mental abuse. The challange is learing how to live with it and have a productive life.
Value is a hard thing to messure. Something you value and hold dear to your heart could be something someone els wouldn't care to have.
Henry David Thoreau ones said "The mass of men will lead lifes of quiet desperation." Why is it that through the decades this quote is as much relevant today as it was back then? So where does the problem lie?
Life is always unpredictable and it's moments like this that feel like a gut punch. The main question that is going through everyones mind is why?
