Partnerships- Members are encouraged to build long-term business relationships with PETAC members- each member will be required to complete an application that acknowledges our pledge to Black families...we are the digital integration network for Black families.

The dynamic and powerful duo consisting of two outstanding Specialists in the field of Gifted Education, Dr. Donna Ford and Dr. Joy Lawson provide critical training for parents to advocate not only for their own children but for their respective villages.
