Here’s a strong, polished English version you can use for your morning show:
Mumbai is constantly under construction — to a point where it feels like the city can’t breathe anymore.
Just yesterday, a Mumbaikar reached out to us on Twitter. There’s a construction site right next to their society. Now, construction in itself isn’t new to this city — but the problem began when, instead of the permitted 2 drilling machines, the builder deployed 7 JCBs simultaneously.
The result? Noise levels shooting up to 85 to 100 decibels, turning everyday life into a constant disturbance.
And the saddest part is — as citizens, most of us don’t even know what the actual rules and regulations around construction are.
So this week, as part of our morning show, we’re taking this issue head-on.
We’ve already spoken to affected citizens.
We’re bringing in Sumaira from Awaaz Foundation to help us understand the laws, the limits, and our rights.
And once we have the facts, we’re taking this straight to the local corporator and concerned authorities.
Because this isn’t just about one society — this is about the entire city.
And we’re committed to making sure this noise doesn’t just fade into the background — but leads to real change for Mumbai.
If you want, I can also make a more punchy, Malishka-style version with attitude and hooks 🔥

take the time to give someone a genuine, pure hearted compliment. It just might make their day!
People like to be appreciated–and are often even motivated by it. Studies have shown that people who receive compliments on their work are much more likely to improve their performance than those who are not complimented. Beneficiaries of compliments may also show improved social interaction as well as an increased measure of overall happiness.
For those who want to have a positive impact on the world, giving a compliment is a powerful and easy tool! Remember, though, that empty compliments are meaningless, so it’s best for compliments to be genuine.
There is nothing better than knowing that you make a difference in other people’s lives and that what you do matters. Giving a compliment to someone on this day is an easy way to begin!

The soothing song arrives with a music video that sees Kuhad as a protagonist after long and also marks the announcement of his second full-length album The Way That Lovers Do.
Kuhad said in a statement about the song, “I wanted to write something that was a bit more pop for fun, compared to my older, folksier stuff.” Among the 11 tracks off The Way That Lovers Do, “Just A Word” is Kuhad’s paciest song, unraveling a wholly different vocal cadence from the artist best known for songs like “Cold/Mess,” “Kasoor” and “Tum Jab Paas.” The newest lot of songs were recorded at Bear Creek Studios in Seattle with producer Ryan Hadlock, best known for his work with indie/folk favorites The Lumineers’ self-titled album (2012) and singer-songwriter Vance Joy’s Dream Your Life Away (2014). The singer-songwriter added about the album, “Being at Bear Creek and working quite solitary, I worked with a lot of sounds and production techniques that were new for me. This record feels like the most ‘me’ in that sense – it really is exactly what I wanted to do.”

The metaverse is “an integrated network of 3D virtual worlds.” These worlds are accessed through a virtual reality headset — users navigate the metaverse using their eye movements, feedback controllers or voice commands. The headset immerses the user, stimulating what is known as presence, which is created by generating the physical sensation of actually being there.
To see the metaverse in action, we can look at popular massively multiplayer virtual reality games such as Rec Room or Horizon Worlds, where participants use avatars to interact with each other and manipulate their environment.

“Nazariya badlo, nazaara badlega” seems to be the indicated slogan of the cafe which makes complete sense. The place seems very homely and gives a very warm vibe. According to the video, the cafe is also popular for its 'pink chai' and other authentic Bambai style dishes. The food is cooked by the transgender community and every employee there greets you with a smile on their face.

Share A Book, India started as a campaign to make sure that reading books in school for pleasure isn't considered a luxury but a necessity! We have grown as an organisation with a simple motto in mind to enable each child to read, imagine and grow to her fullest potential. We are determined to revolutionize education through the process of reading, as we believe that it is the only instrument, which can make learning easier for children, improve the quality of education, reduce student dropout rates, as well as fight social evils like child labour, child marriage etc., simultaneously.

HIV remains a major public health issue that affects millions of people worldwide.
Although the world has made significant progress in recent decades, important global targets for 2020 were not met.
Division, disparity and disregard for human rights are among the failures that allowed HIV to become and remain a global health crisis. Now, COVID-19 is exacerbating inequities and disruptions to services, making the lives of many people living with HIV more challenging.
The theme of World AIDS Day 2021 is “End inequalities. End AIDS”. With a special focus on reaching people left behind, WHO and its partners are highlighting the growing inequalities in access to essential HIV services.
On 1 December 2021, WHO is calling on global leaders and citizens to rally to confront the inequalities that drive AIDS and to reach people who are currently not receiving essential HIV services.

An increasing number of migrants were moving to Bombay from different parts of the country, and fast food and canteens were not prevalent. All these people left early in the morning for offices, and often had to go hungry for lunch. They belonged to different communities, and therefore had different types of tastes, which could only be satisfied by their own home-cooked meals. So, in 1890, Mahadeo Havaji Bachche started a lunch delivery service in Bombay with about a hundred men. This proved to be successful, and the service grew from there. In 1930, he informally attempted to unionize the dabbawalas. Later, a charitable trust was registered in 1956 under the name of Nutan Mumbai Tiffin Box Suppliers Trust. The commercial arm of this trust was registered in 1968 as Mumbai Tiffin Box Suppliers Association.
