I discuss the use of social media as a means to increase openness and transparency in public sector, hence boost the accountability of government. I also discuss about the social accountability as another mechanism used by the citizens to hold their government accountable.
I discussed the main elements of PSA as a conceptual framework, two types of accountability, two drivers in accountability, two approaches in understanding the rise of accountability, the purposes of accountability, and the downsides of accountability.

There are 6 aspects of questions: 1) the motivation of the study; 2) theory; 3) research method; 4) findings and analysis; 5) conclusion; 6) the importance of the study; and 7) future avenues.

I discussed the variety of networks that are located in global level: form of the network, stakeholders involved in the network, mechanism of their work, the source of their authority, the characteristics of the network, along with the challenges that the network might face. I didn't only provide you the description of the network, but also explained about the example of such alliances that formed amongst the stakeholders, hoping that you would understand the idea better! :)
