Decibel is a project based on a club events, music podcast series and video sets. It all initiated with two fans of electronic music, Babiński & Lord who in the last couple of years have participated in organising many techno music parties in Krakow. The fascination of their favourite artists, observing them up close during showcases as well as personal performances on the other side of the decks resulted that early 2018 they started the Decibel project where you can hear DJ's presenting music that is close to their hearts. ___________________ phot. Diabot - a DJ from Krakow, has been passionate about club music for years - more closely related to electronic music for over a decade. He has already achieved many achievements - he played in all major clubs in Poland, saporting famous figures of the world Techno scene (including Oscar Mulero, Function, Staffan Linzatti, Len Faki, Phase, SNTS, UVB, Synthek, Makaton, Lag, Perc & Truss , Pfirter, Conrad van Orton, etc.). He visited the Kanty Club, loved by Chris Liebing (as he emphasized, 'everything started in 2001').
Collecting large amounts of vinyl records and ever more insightful mapping of the techno scene, caused that his horizons were significantly widened and the style of the game varied.
Diabot became the co-creator of the Strikt program, focused on techno music, which resonated on the waves of Academic Radio Luz at 91.6 FM every Thursday at 23.00. He recorded the first podcast for Strikt and is a provider of valuable materials. The program is also run by his close friend Paweł Janeda. They are currently working on promoting music using a music label operating under the same name. Music, whose "sound is based on a strong, steady impact, a sound that is based on a rhythm that has given rise to music in general, a sound that is primitive, transcendent and timeless, sounding repetitive but not boring." He is addicted to buying vinyl regularly and has the gift to catch the lion's share of the songs that make up the sets of his idols. It is mainly focused on playing techno, minimal, Detroit techno, Detroit house, Acid and other hypnotic, raw and catchy genres.

The musical genres closest to him are: Techno, UK Techno, Acid, Hard Techno. His sets surprise with dynamics, consistency and purity of form. Apart from purely technical skills and a wide range of sounds, it is impossible to ignore the energy that he transmits in his sets. Improving musical skills is part of his everyday life .. Practice, practice, practice - as he emphasizes. So far he has played with DJs such as: Sterling Moss, Chris Liberator, Dave The Drummer, Pet Duo or Dominik Muller but the full list is much longer. SMTHN (Konrad Kujawa) is a polish musician and techno producer based in Cracow. He was flirting with different musical genres and finally in 2015 started producing techno tracks and djing under his alias. In 2017 he released his first EP for Dirty Stuff Records and a year later, a mini-album called "l e s s" came to life. His debut vinyl LP "Disappearance of Peter Bergmann" was published by Berlin's Resopal Schallware in May 2019. It is a concept album telling the story of Peter Bergmann's mysterious death. The latest release in SMTHN's discography is an EP called "Everything Is The Way It Is". It was released by Lisbon's Toxic Recordings label and it contains six original tracks. Stylistically he oscillates around techno with ambient elements, field recordings and live instruments. Trying to find the balance between 4/4, straight to the dance-floor cuts and something more emotional and elusive.

Kuba jest współzałożycielem labelu Wodawater, połową duetu Château Shatter oraz współkuratorem cyklu wydarzeń WODA i Entrance, gdzie występowali m.in. Laksa, Alienata, Celestial Trax, Morah, VTSS, T A K A czy Nastya Muravyova. Jako DJ ma na koncie występy w większości najważniejszych klubów w Polsce (m.in. w Warszawie, Wrocławiu, Katowicach, Białymstoku czy Łodzi), jak również streamingi promujące Wodawater w Nowym Jorku (Halcyon) oraz Kijowie (20ft Radio). W pandemicznym 2020 r. współtworzył samopomocową inicjatywę Pop Up Radio, która z platformy spotkań online dla lokalnych artystów przeobraziła się w multidyscyplinarny i zaangażowany społecznie projekt.
Jego sety to bardziej ”Pora na przygodę!” niż “Gambit królowej”: spontan bierze górę nad strategią. W zależności od sytuacji (i ilości miejsca w walizie) miesza w nich w różnych proporcjach techno, electro, trance, breaki czy EBM. W świetle dnia nie stroni od łagodniejszych brzmień, co niektórzy mogą pamiętać z WDWTR Radio i niedzielnych miękkich lądowań na kocach i leżakach na letniej Scenie przy Pompie. (Zazwyczaj) wierny winylom: tropi na nich dziwy natury, pioruny kuliste, łabędzie śpiewy i delfiny albinosy. W czystych klubach czuje się nieswojo.

Piotr Figiel - music producer, live act performer and dj from Krakow, Poland. Formely known for DCM and Peter Feegle projects, since 2014 Piotr performs under his own name, focusing his work mostly on techno, IDM and playing hardware based live acts. His music always has been an eclectic mixture of different influences, original sound design and great sound. Piotr’s work has been released on many Polish and international labels, from which the EPs at Induxtriall Records, Parabola Records and Dirty Minds are the most recent. Among many dj and live act club gigs, Piotr also performed at Street Art Festival, Ars Cameralis Festival and twice at Tauron Nowa Muzyka festival, In 2017 Piotr was honoured to play on the legendary Instytut festival in Warsaw. For the last 4 years Piotr has been hosting „Essentia Electronica” radio show at Off Radio Krakow station. The show became one of the most important promotion hubs for the local electronic music scene, artists, collectives and clubs in Krakow. Apart from the solo music activity, Piotr teams up with Dominik Gawroński, creating Krakowitz - nostalgic, synthesizer-based, melodic music project. Piotr also works as a producer, mixing and mastering engineer, helping many artists to achieve the dreamed sound of their records.

Larix – a DJ, producer and the owner of the Brainwash label. On the scene for more than a decade. He has already developed his own recognizable style. Drawing from industrial, dark and often broken sounds of techno, Larix's sets are dynamic, consistent and at the same time very surprising. He played on the most important events in Poland. Since 2016 the resident of one of the best Warsaw clubs Luzztro. He also had an opportunity to perform abroad, for example twice in Tresor Berlin - the cradle of techno. After several years of DJing he decided to learn how to produce his own music. His works were released among others by: ARTS, Leisure System, Sombra, De-Konstrukt, Achromatiq, Phobiq and his own label Brainwash. In 2011, he took part in a competition for a remix of Plastikman, where he was recognized by Richie Hawtin and became one of the five finalists. His remix was issued under the M_nus label. In 2013 Larix created his own label called Brainwash where his own tracks are released on vinyls. The label is highly appreciated and the tracks are played by the most recognized DJ artists in the world.

Masha Romanova was born and raised near the Braslav lakes area, on the border of Belarus, Latvia and Lithuania. Her childhood was heavily connected to music. Her Mother, who was a singer, taught her daughter singing since she was 3 years old and helped improve her musical talent. In the following years, Masha was educated in classical music. She graduated from piano class, but she also played piano and learned accordion. During her high school years, she participated in several piano competitions, performing music and writing lyrics. After moving to Poland, she left music for a few years to then ignite her passion for techno and give herself to the world of electronic music. Today she belongs to the Affekt Agency in Wrocław, and last year she performed at the Silberberg festival and supported club events with artists such as Pfirter, Keith Carnal, Kas:st or VTSS.

DEAS (Karol Mozgawa), based in Cracow/Poland, born in Greece is a music producer and DJ, who is fast becoming one of Techno's most exciting breakthrough artists originating from Eastern Europe. One can recognize his Greek origins and East European upbringing in his music, where enthusiasm and fantasy blends in varying shades of Techno. He believes that music "is never a subject to stereotypes and clichés". This allows him to think freely and create music without boundaries, in which psychedelics and raw, heavy Techno is balanced to perfection with memorable, warm but yet deep melodies. Not yet 30, he has been mastering his production skills for a decade. During this time he developed an impressive studio where most of his music is recorded live. Collecting large amounts of vinyl records and ever more insightful mapping of the techno scene, caused that his horizons were significantly widened and the style of the game varied.
Diabot became the co-creator of the Strikt program, focused on techno music, which resonated on the waves of Academic Radio Luz at 91.6 FM every Thursday at 23.00. He recorded the first podcast for Strikt and is a provider of valuable materials. The program is also run by his close friend Paweł Janeda. They are currently working on promoting music using a music label operating under the same name. Music, whose "sound is based on a strong, steady impact, a sound that is based on a rhythm that has given rise to music in general, a sound that is primitive, transcendent and timeless, sounding repetitive but not boring." He is addicted to buying vinyl regularly and has the gift to catch the lion's share of the songs that make up the sets of his idols. Piotr, also known as Dj Hellix, was born in eastern Poland. His exploration of electronic music began when he received his first audio cassettes with trance music. His journey through various genres led to the conclusion that he wants to devote his whole attention to techno. Currently, he lives in Krakow and is a regular club-goer. He loves vinyl records, so his dj sets almost always involve music from vinyls. Whenever he performs, he wants his recipients to get away from the cares of their daily lives and give in to the music frenzy. Hellix is consistent in the production of his music. SMTHN (Konrad Kujawa) is a polish musician and techno producer based in Cracow. He was flirting with different musical genres and finally in 2015 started producing techno tracks and djing under his alias. In 2017 he released his first EP for Dirty Stuff Records and a year later, a mini-album called "l e s s" came to life. His debut vinyl LP "Disappearance of Peter Bergmann" was published by Berlin's Resopal Schallware in May 2019. It is a concept album telling the story of Peter Bergmann's mysterious death. The latest release in SMTHN's discography is an EP called "Everything Is The Way It Is". It was released by Lisbon's Toxic Recordings label and it contains six original tracks. Stylistically he oscillates around techno with ambient elements, field recordings and live instruments. Trying to find the balance between 4/4, straight to the dance-floor cuts and something more emotional and elusive.

Formely known for DCM and Peter Feegle projects, since 2014 Piotr performs under his own name, focusing his work mostly on techno, IDM and playing hardware based live acts. His music always has been an eclectic mixture of different influences, original sound design and great sound. Piotr’s work has been released on many Polish and international labels, from which the EPs at Induxtriall Records, Parabola Records and Dirty Minds are the most recent. Among many dj and live act club gigs, Piotr also performed at Street Art Festival, Ars Cameralis Festival and twice at Tauron Nowa Muzyka festival, In 2017 Piotr was honoured to play on the legendary Instytut festival in Warsaw. For the last 4 years Piotr has been hosting „Essentia Electronica” radio show at Off Radio Krakow station. The show became one of the most important promotion hubs for the local electronic music scene, artists, collectives and clubs in Krakow. Apart from the solo music activity, Piotr teams up with Dominik Gawroński, creating Krakowitz - nostalgic, synthesizer-based, melodic music project. Piotr also works as a producer, mixing and mastering engineer, helping many artists to achieve the dreamed sound of their records.

Masha was born and raised near the Braslav lakes area, on the border of Belarus, Latvia and Lithuania. Her childhood was intertwined with music: since Masha was 3 y.o., her mother, who was a pianist herself, was teaching her daughter vocals and working on her musical skills. Later, Masha got a classical music education: she has graduated music school on a class of accordion. She also played piano and was learning to play guitar. During her school years she took part in several vocal contests, she was composing music and writing lyrics. After she moved to Poland she gave up music for several years. But soon afterwards, she returned to music: she got very passionate about techno and decided to immerse herself in the world of electronic music.

Przemysław Wojdan, known as KAJKO is a DJ / producer and promoter living in Gdynia, the creator of the party series Zaćmienie, a resident of the Gdynia club Drugi DOM and the Gdansk Cooltura, has been active on the underground scene since 2010, and he describes his musical style as deep hypnotic techno.
Performing in front of the audience, he always tries to introduce listeners into hypnosis, but also euphoria - that's why in his music he is looking for simplicity, but also unpredictability, but above all a strong emotional charge and energy that drives the body to dance. For several years he had the opportunity to perform at the largest events in Poland, visiting such clubs as Sfinks700, Luzztro, Smolna and Projekt LAB. His constant development is also appreciated by the organizers of electronic music festivals, because in 2017 he showed his skills during such events as the Festival Kaskada and Audioriver, where he shared his sounds with festival participants on the Audiopole stage.

He recorded the first podcast for Strikt and is a provider of valuable materials. The program is also run by his close friend Paweł Janeda. They are currently working on promoting music using a music label operating under the same name. Music, whose "sound is based on a strong, steady impact, a sound that is based on a rhythm that has given rise to music in general, a sound that is primitive, transcendent and timeless, sounding repetitive but not boring." Hailing from the northern Polish town of Gdynia, comes Poland’s own Paweł Zawadzki; a versatile producer and live set aficionado who performs under the arcane alias of Concept of Thrill. His introduction into the scene came back in early 2017 on Spanish label Kindcrime Recordings, which saw him present 2 dancefloor focused original productions on the label’s 21st digital release; followed only weeks later by the release of his first official remix on Warok Music alongside artists Osse and Temudo. Since these early releases, Concept of Thrill has built on his productions and developed relationships with a variety of labels across the world including Circular, Natch, Wats and the ever evolving independent Polish imprint ‘DRVMS Ltd’. Outside of his broad backcatalog of creative works, Concept of Thrill is known primarily for his professional and dynamic live set, with which he has graced the likes of the infamous Khidi nightclub in Georgia and the spacious Arena Club in Berlin. Over the last 2 years, the complexity and deliverance of his live performances have increased exponentially, encompassing a raw and atmospheric sound that depicts audible dystopian landscapes with an industrial influence.
His music and live performance ability have been experienced by audiences on a global scale, but backing for his works is most strong in his home nation of Poland. One look at Concept of Thrill’s previous performance dates illustrates just how renowned he is in this territory, with over 30 dates booked and events played in just 2017 and half of 2018 alone.

HiTrash is connected with DJland, mini charity & non-profit festival which fullfils 3 objectives: to raise money for someone who needs it because of a serious illness, to promote good electronic music and to unite DJs from Cracow. HiTrash plays techno, combining mainly dark & deep areas, but for a long time also adds a third - fast. His (in particular closing) sets can be described as: "fast but strong". DEAS (Karol Mozgawa), based in Cracow/Poland, born in Greece is a music producer and DJ, who is fast becoming one of Techno's most exciting breakthrough artists originating from Eastern Europe. One can recognize his Greek origins and East European upbringing in his music, where enthusiasm and fantasy blends in varying shades of Techno. He believes that music "is never a subject to stereotypes and clichés". This allows him to think freely and create music without boundaries, in which psychedelics and raw, heavy Techno is balanced to perfection with memorable, warm but yet deep melodies. Not yet 30, he has been mastering his production skills for a decade. During this time he developed an impressive studio where most of his music is recorded live. His hard work is presently coming into a full effect with the releases of a number of labels ranging from Pan-Pot's Second State, through Bush Records, OFF Recordings to Kevin Sanderson's KMS Records and Planet Rhythm. Furthermore he has full EPs and remixes scheduled for 2018. Deas is also a highly sought-after remixer with previous works done for such legends like Carl Cox or Inner City. His productions received great feedback and are strongly endorsed by Pan-Pot, Ilario Alicante, Kangding Ray, Kevin Sanderson to name just a few. DEAS's music is also featured and supported by such music magazines as Mixmag, Dj Mag, Big Shot Magazine, Decoded Magazine, Magnetic Magazine, Datatransmission and so on. It is not that often you see such broadly developed artist, like Karol, who is equally skilled in the production studio and behind the decks. He already holds 2 residencies in Poland premier venues, Smolna since 2017 and Prozak 2.0 (since 2012).
