The world Cup finals have come and gone with Messi and Argentina taking homr the big prize, Ken and Trevor give their thoughts on the big game. The MLB Offseason is well under way and some more big free agents have put pen to paper, what does it mean for the guy's Blue Jays in their locker room and their opponents.

Trevor and Ken finish off the episode buy going Around The Boards and discussing The Great 8's acheivment of hitting 800 goals scored and his pursuit of Gretzky's goal record. To fininsh off the episode the guys play GM of the Vancouver Canucks and ive into the contract situation surrounding Bo Horvat. What does Ken and Trevor think will happen and who could be moved in a possible trade?

This week Ken and Trevor look at the NHL Western Conference playoff picture. Will it look the same come end of season? Who is in now and who will be in when the whistle blows at the end of game 82 for these 16 teams. Also in Around the boards the guys discuss Marner's Leaf record setting point streak and why is it league wide news? Is Nathan McaKinnon injury prone and should the Avs and league be concerned?

This week Ken and Trevor discuss in Around The Boards the number of top goalies in the NHL that are having sub par seasons. What is the cause? Have they been figured out, has the level of defense deteriorated or is this just a blip in their career? The guys look and scoring machine Jason Robertson's season so far and ask did he get under paid and will he be a Dallas Star and the end of his current deal? The guys look at who has surprised them and who has been a disappointment in the first quarter of the season. In Are You Kidding Me Trevor and Ken discuss the Jays trading Hernandez, Shane Wright in Seattle, NHL's Reverse Retros and what can go wrong when you celebrate a home run against Asdrubal Cabrera.

This week Ken and Trevor are back after a break due to work and a vacation with a lot to cover off. In Are You Kidding me the guys look talk Jack Eichel, Jack Campbell, Flames Twitter and Bo Levi Mitchell. Trevor and Ken then cover off the final Jays In Flight for the year and discuss the disappointing way the season ended in the Wild Card Series and what the team needs in the off season, this is where the guys don't necessarily agree, To wrap up the guys look at their teams in the Flames and Canucks and how the season has started for each.

In part 2 of episode 100 Trevor and Ken take a look at the NHL's Western Conference, who are the playoff teams and who are the pretenders. The guys look at the Central and Pacific divisions and look at if any of those teams can knock off the Avalanche.

This week Ken and Trevor look at NHL.com's list of the top16 teams going into the season and give their thoughts on the order and if there was any notable omissions. The guys look back at another meeting of the BC Lions and Calgary Stampeders and what takeaways they had after the final meeting of the season. Trevor and Ken look at how the past week has played out for the Jays and what they would like to see going into the final 3 series of the season.

The sports world did not disappoint this past week with stories from all over that had the guys scratching their heads in confusion or jumping up in excitement. Trevor and Ken dive into topics from the NHL, NBA, NFL and Major League Baseball, have a listen to what they had to say.

This week Ken and Trevor have their third townhall and this time it is Trevor's Calgary Flames that go under the microscope. The guys discuss who are the Flames and what are the expectations for this team. Will the Flames be buyers or sellers at the trade deadline? In Are you kidding me, Ken and Trevor discuss the Coyotes and Theo Fleury .

This week Ken and Trevor talk about how two more racists incidents on the ice in the AHL and ECHL show that the phrase "Hockey Is For Everyone" is a lie until these acts stop. This is a conversation that the guys feel must be had and more people need to hear. This episode does contain some strong language. Racism has no place in sports and society in general and as members of society change begins with everyone.

This week Ken and Trevor hold a townhall for the Edmonton Oilers. The guys look at how the oilers have gone from a team that started at 9 and 1 to having multiple long losing streaks and falling out of the playoffs. Trevor and Ken explore options on how they can turn it around. This week the guys favorite segment returns...Are you Kidding Me?

With 2022 in full swing now Ken and Trevor go through all the major sports leagues and give their predictions. The guys look at who will make the finals and who will prevail in the NHL, NBA, NFL, MLB and CFL. Trevor and Ken also predict some stories and moves that could happen this year that can make it an interesting sports year.

As 2021 has come to an end Ken and Trevor sit down and discuss their top sports stories from the past year. The guys look at several stories that captured not just their attention but the sporting world as well. The amazing run and finish for the Canadian Women's National Soccer team as well as the success of Team Canada's women at the Tokyo Olympics, the success of Canadian Tennis players on both the women's and men's tours, Major League Baseball and the many storylines their season produced as well as the city of Tampa Bay and their winning ways in all sports.

This week Ken and Trevor look back at the CFL playoffs and Grey cup won by the Winnipeg Blue Bombers. The guys also discuss the upcoming off season with such a high number of free agents and possible major rule changes. Trevor and Ken give their odds on the NHL actually participating at the Olympics. Hear the guys thoughts on other headlines from the world of sports such as Urban Myer and some big time MLB free agent signings.

It is that time of year again where Ken and Trevor scour the NHL to name their second annual NHL All Overrated starting lineups! Trevor and Ken recap their picks from last year and add a new wrinkle to this years rosters by adding a coach and GM to the list. Neither guy knows who each has picked until the roster is announced. Find out if one of your favorite players made one of the starting lineups.

This week Ken and Trevor discuss the major shake up in the Canucks organization. Travis Green and Nolan Baumgaurtner out from the coaching staff and Jim Benning and John Wisebrod from the management level. Ken being a Canucks fan gives his thoughts to some questions from Trevor on what led to the moves and what he thinks of Bruce Boudreau taking over behind the bench.

This week Ken and Trevor are joined by Zach Keilman of the Gridiron Gallery Podcast to talk some CFL. Zach gives his thoughts along with Trevor and Ken on some surprises from the regular season and preview the playoff matchups in both the East and West divisions. The guys give their predictions of who will be moving on and who will walk away with the Grey Cup in December.

This episode Ken and Trevor discuss the no longer "if" but when will Gretzky's NHL goal record be broken as the Capitals Alex Ovechkin keeps scoring and passing NHL legends on that list. On this week's episode Ken and Trevor discuss the explosive allegations that Robin Lehner tweeted about regarding NHL teams use of pain and sleep drugs with players in the league. Trevor and Ken discuss those allegations and others that former players have brought forward. Trevor and Ken look at two teams as intriguing stories going into the new NHL season and those are the Panthers and Blackhawks. The guys finish off by handing out some early hardware to players teams and brass around the NHL, lets see at the end of the season if they are right?

This week Ken and Trevor travel the world of sports in covering several topics from the world of the NHL and Major League Baseball. The guys discuss Peter Chiarelli being promoted to Senior VP of hockey ops for the Blues, The ever evolving Evander Kane saga, unvaccinated players in Columbus and Detroit. Trevor and Ken give their thoughts on the latest in the Sabres vs Eichel drama and the top RFA's still to be signed in Vancouver and elsewhere. In the Majors the guys talk about the Kevin Kiermaier theft at home plate, the wild card race in the A.L. and finish off with the disappointing San Diego Padres.

In part two of grading the NHL offseason Ken and Trevor look at the Atlantic and Pacific divisions and breakdown how each team did. Trevor and Ken were close on their grades for the Metro and Central, will that continue for the Atlantic and Pacific? A they discussed last episode neither Ken or Trevor know how the other has graded.

This week Ken and Trevor hand out offseason grades to the NHL's Metropolitan and Central divisions in the first of a two part series. Trevor and Ken go team by team for who is in and who is out on each team nd give their analysis on who did well and who did not. Listen in to see if there were any A's or F's handed out by the guys.

This Episode Ken and Trevor revisit the topic of sports documentaries to cover one they missed and one that just came out. They Also give their their thoughts on the Kotkaniemi offer sheet as a decision was made. Trevor and Ken get into a deep discussion about the NHL going to Beijing in 2022 and whether they are excited for it or not. The guys also get into a debate over whether professional athletes should be in the Olympics at all.

This week Ken and Trevor look at some of the great sport documentaries that have been produced by Netflix, Amazon, ESPN and Vice to name a few. The guys do a deep dive into Untold: Malice in the Palace from Netflix and what they thought of not only the show but the whole situation and the effects it had on sports in general. In a RUKiddingMe segment Trevor and Ken look at the Hurricanes signing Jesperi Kotkaniemi to an offer sheet out of pure pettiness and frankly the guys love it!

This week Ken and Trevor take a look at the Arizona Coyotes latest issues as a franchise now that they have had their lease terminated at Gila River Arena by the City of Glendale. The guys look at all the trouble the franchise has had and what could be next for them after the upcoming season. Trevor and Ken give their thoughts on how the AL East division is playing out as the season comes closer to an end and playoffs begin, find out who they think are the contenders and the pretenders.

This week Ken and Trevor look back at one of the biggest games of the CFL season, Ken's BC Lions took on Trevor's Calgary Stampeders! The guys break down the game and give their thoughts on the CFL season so far for their teams and the league. Trevor and Ken discuss the Field of Dreams MLB put on and what made it an impressive game. They then finish off the show by Looking at how the Toronto Blue Jays have faired since taking the series against the Red Sox and what hope s the Jays have to make the playoffs.

This week Ken and Trevor recap their UFA predictions and lets say Trevor did a bit better than Ken who may have got his tips from a certain former Oilers GM. The Guys discuss the return of the Jays to Toronto and give their thoughts on the teams playoff chances. To cap off the Trevor and Ken talk week one of the CFL, that's right the CFL is back and man did they miss it. Trevor gives us his take on being back in a stadium to watch live football. To end the show the guys dive into a bit more of a serious conversation regarding the need to be more positive when comes to the world of sports and social media.

This past week the Seattle Kraken made their expansion picks, The NHL entry draft took place, some major trades went down and free agent frenzy will start on the 28th. The guys look at all the big news of that went down and give their thoughts, they also discuss the Montreal Canadiens horrible first round selection and why they are angry about it. This weeks #RUKiddingMe is all about the NHL's silly season and what has taken place so far. Ken and Trevor discuss the Duncan Keith Trade, Ken Holland's decision making, the Wilds' buyouts of two massive contracts for no savings, the Lightning damaging the Stanley Cup and fan reaction. We discuss Shea Weber's injuries and what does this mean for his future and possible ramifications for Nashville and more!

With the NHL season officially over after Tampa Bay hoisted the Stanley Cup besting the Montreal Canadiens in five games, Ken and Trevor move on to one of their favorite times of the year NHL off season! This year is especially fun as there is the expansion draft with the Seattle Kraken joining the league followed by the entry draft and free agency. Ken and Trevor discuss what they think the needs of both the Canucks and Flames are in free agency and what options they have in protecting players for expansion. Ken also drops a bomb of a scenario on Trevor that he hadn't thought of before that makes complete sense for the Flames but may be unpopular with some in the fan base.

On this week's show Ken and Trevor dive in to the City of Las Vegas as they seem to be taking over the #1 spot of sports cities in North America. The guys look at how the NHL has done, what will the Raiders experience be and what leagues and possible teams could be in the desert next. The Blue Jays are sending four players to the All Star game in Colorado and Trevor and Ken give their thoughts on this and how they got there.

On this weeks #RUKiddingMe Ken and Trevor discuss the NHL's recent hiring of Tik Tok star Josh Richards to grow the league's youth audience and how we feel about that. The guys also are left scratching their heads a little over Ryan Nugent-Hopkins new 8 year $41 Million dollar contract. Honorable mentions go out to the Swiss beating France, Gary Bettman and his choice of words regarding the league's officiating, the Duncan Keith trade rumors and the CFL.

On the second edition of #RUKiddingMe Ken and Trevor look at a couple hot button topics from the world of sports. This week they continue the discussion started on the sticky substance use in MLB and how it has been going over the first two days? are both sides being adult about it...of course not that why the guys get to talk about it! They also give their thoughts on the report out of San Jose that there is growing friction between Evander Kane and his teammates...you don't say! Based on his past neither Ken or Trevor are really surprised.

On this episode Ken and Trevor discuss Tyler Glasnow's comments that stopping cold turkey for using a sticky substance caused his injury and landed in on the IL. They talk about the long line of cheating and turning a blind eye MLB has done in the past and their crack down after it becomes too obvious. Trevor brings up the comments from Toronto Blue Jays manager Charlie Montoyo about despite losing the team is having fun, both Ken and Trevor has some thoughts around this. The Jack Adams award for Coach of the Year in the NHL was handed out to Rod Brind'Amour of the Hurricanes and the guys look a bit closer at the voting that happened. The NHL semi finals are taking place and they guys look at what some would call surprise series records 3 and 4 games into them, do they think Montreal can continue their run to the Stanley Cup?

Ken and Trevor bring their favorite segment R U Kidding Me to you as an entire show on its own! This is the inaugural episode of R U Kidding Me where the guys look at the talk around Andrew Mangiapane of the Calgary Flames. Now the guys are not saying R U Kidding Me at him, no no no, they are saying to Flame Nation and the #CofRed and their lofty expectations for him and making team Canada at the Olympics and his upcoming contract extension!

On this weeks episode Ken and Trevor build their dream sports themed vacations! find out where they each chose to go and why, which sport they chose may surprise you! In this Episode Ken sits down with Derek Dennis offensive lineman for the Edmonton Elks of the CFL. In this weeks episode we discuss the Calgary Flames hiring of Darryl Sutter as head coach after being away from the team for 11 years. We look at how Sutter's coaching style could help turn the Flames around and possibly help move them to be in the playoff picture not on the outside looking in. In That's Offside we call offside on the lack there of player safety in the NHL as the league has handed down to suspensions on the short side for nasty hits to the head by Washington Capital Tom Wilson and Nashville Predator Dante Fabbro. We also call offside on Alex Ovechkin's defense of Wilson's hit as not a penalty.
In Are you Kidding Me we scratch our heads over Evander Kane and the San Jose Sharks possibly terminating his contract to avoid paying of his debts. Jordan Binnington's 6 year $36 million dollar extension with the St Louis Blues has us saying Are You Kidding me? Along with the Michigan State Spartans new name for their basketball program and Corey Perry of the Montreal Canadiens having more goals than 2 Buffalo Sabre superstars combined.
