The name is pretentious but, oh well, I couldn't think of a better one! Seeking success as a person of religion can be difficult and cause upset in your life, I am currently on my own journey to achieve success and learn how to do that and stay on the path of my own moral code. I am going to share interviews with people further on that journey than me, as well as give my own tips, tricks and thoughts on the subject. As well as hopefully provide encouragement for anyone that wants to seek success, while keeping in line with their moral code. Listen in and lets grow together!

Today I wanted to dive a little deeper into a thought. I go over my method for determining how much I can pay for an investment property. I love real estate investing and I don't believe there is a better method for creating financial freedom and long term wealth. Deals are created not found and they created in the analysis of the property. If you cant analyze a property correctly you are just gambling. So I talk about my method for determining what I can put into a property and the math behind it.
In this video we interview Philip Goggin about his story, how he took a software company and turned it into a local soft adventure business. We talk about how he overcame some of the problems starting out, and how he was able get his business to the point where he can branch out into entirely new areas of his industry.
In this interview we talk about managing a brick and mortar soft adventure business and how he manages customer retention and acquisition of both his escape games as well as the products that he manufactures for the escape room industry. We also talk about managing and utilizing overseas relationships to expand business and find customers.
