Did you know that the average American will have 15 jobs in their lifetime?
Most of us have been trained to think of the "40 year career" as the model of success, but statistically speaking it seems like more people are apt to build skills and adapt to different workplaces over a lifetime. In this episode, our very own Nicole Murray shares about how God has connected the dots of her life to allow her to build the skills she needs to succeed in her job today.

And so we come to the second of Excel's four virtues: honor. In order to honor oneself as well as other people well, we must first create a solid foundation of humility, as honoring others requires sacrifice of oneself. People that understand honor are able to submit and sacrifice their preferences for the sake of their team, leaders, and families. To honor is to serve, encourage, and call out - yourself and those around you.
