When we refuse to forgive, bitterness wells up in our hearts. But Jesus demonstrates the power of forgiveness and servanthood, and commands that we display both.
We've been led to believe that rest means missing out. That's why we rush around, filling our schedules and constantly needing to be entertained.
In Part 3, we learn that there is actually a lot of beauty and significance in rest. And we shouldn't be surprised - God made it that way.
We live in a drive-thru culture: we all feel entitled to what we want, the way we want it, when we want it. The problem with entitlement is that we don't always get what we feel entitled to. And that produces frustration, aggravation, and complaining.
