This Diwali - Let's clear and clean our minds too.Minds which are cluttered with worries, regrets piling up layer by layer in our minds as dust, and guilt.Let's clear the mess of complaints, complexes, comparisons, competition that have clogged our minds.Let's clear the grudges lying in those crevices of our minds which build up over time causing our social foundation to collapse.This Diwali let's do the inner cleaning which we ought to, for our own mental well-being.Lets not only indulge in cleaning the outside but also purify the inside. Let's make a new space and give a new outlook to our parenting.
I have highlighted some facts of Depression & how important it is to understand that most of depression is due to unacceptance of failure..I urge parents to break this taboo of "Failing "by talking about failures often to their kid's.
