Milner is a literary critic and a cultural theorist. He is a professor of English and Comparative Literature at Monash University. And author of books such as Cultural Materialism,Locating Science Fiction, and Again Dangerous Visions. His latest book, Science Fiction and Climate Change: A Sociological Perspective, is due out at the end of this month from Oxford University Press.
