Mendees is a horror writer from Macclesfield in the North-West of England that specializes in cosmic horror and weird fiction. He has had over fifty stories accepted for publication in anthologies and magazines with publishers all over the world, and has two novellas, Miracle Growth (Black Hare Press) and Burning Reflection (Mannison Press), coming soon.

This week, the beginning of Spooktober we bring you a tale of Lovecraftian horror. It is Robert M Price's Exham Priory.
Robert M Price is a former Baptist minister, he was the editor of the Journal of Higher Criticism from 1994 until it ceased publication in 2003. He has also written extensively about the Cthulhu Mythos, a "shared universe" created by the writer H. P. Lovecraft. He also co-wrote a book with his wife, Carol Selby Price, Mystic Rhythms: The Philosophical Vision of Rush (1999), on the rock band Rush.

ALANNA ROBERTSON-WEBB is a writer and lover of dark fantasy, horror, and high fantasy. Her stories have been featured in over fifty-five different collections, and she even co-wrote a sci-fi novella. As of the time of this publication Alanna has edited eleven different books, and she adores her side job as the chief editor of Eerie River Publishing. Her day job is a receptionist at a veterinarian clinic, which means she gets to spend her days around two of her favorite things: books, and adorable animals.
