Dr Aaron Yap is currently studying at Moore Theological College. He completed his BSc at Sydney University, with first class honours in Chemistry, having majored in both physics and chemistry. He then went on to complete a PhD in catalytic chemistry. After this he worked at a market making firm, trading stock and index options for over five years. Aaron commenced his studies in the Bachelor of Divinity program at Moore in 2018. He is married to Ada.
Why are most people afraid of it? Does it even make sense to be afraid of it? How should we deal with death, something that everyone will face one day?
Why are we here and what is our purpose? Does the question even make sense? Doesn't everyone think about this question at some point?
How do we determine what is right and wrong? Is it innate or cultural? Why does it matter?
Where does our appreciation of aesthetics and beauty come from? Are they universal or simply a product of our culture? Why? If they're universal, where do they come from?
