Texas-based Fitness and Mindset Coach LaRonda Bolden (she/her) faced many hardships at a young age, including losing her father when she was 12 and experiencing sexual abuse shortly thereafter. In her late teens and 20s, she suffered many addictions and disorders that led her to seek counseling to change her life for the better.
LaRonda eventually went back to school to get her bachelor's degree in psychology and then pursued a master's degree in health promotion while turning to exercise as a new form of therapy. Micheline Orlowsky (she/her), who usually goes by Micki, completed her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition with a minor in Science and Master of Science in Nutrition from Marywood University. She completed her Dietetic Internship with a focus in community nutrition at Cedar Crest College.
Micki is active within the dietetics community, most recently serving as the Past President of the Pennsylvania Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and holding various positions with other dietetics organizations. She also serves as a mentor for Diversify Dietetics. Micki discovered her passion for mentoring students while being a preceptor for dietetic interns in her previous position which led her to become a part of the Marywood’s faculty.
Micki's professional interests include health promotion and wellness program planning, public health and policy, and nutrition education. In her spare time, Micki also enjoys cooking, baking, thrift shopping, performing stand-up and improv comedy, and spending time with family, friends, and her dog, Scamp.

Marie is a newly credentialed Registered Dietitian who wants to help adult women like her--those with a history of chronic disease and body image issues--as well as strengthen her knowledge of the complexities that are digestive disorders and hormonal issues with a plan of eventually specializing in functional, integrative nutrition.
Before pursuing her credential, Marie was a stay-at-home wife. She had always been in a fat body, struggled with terrible period pain, chronic anemia, and polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). She was recovering from myriad health issues that seemed to begin right after she got married--a ruptured Achilles tendon, cancer and auxiliary IVF treatments, and carpal tunnel surgery to name a few. She dove into nutrition as a path to cure herself and her experience, combined with her compassion and skills, put her in a unique position to help others as well.

Dasha lives in Augusta, GA and works at a local hospital. Susan Juray became interested in nutrition after her sister was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes. What started off as researching ways to help her sister manage her chronic condition through food and nutrition became a call-to-arms within the field of dietetics. Susan went on to obtain her MS at Hunter College in NYC and completed her Dietetic Internship at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital.

Dina is a Registered Dietitian and dedicated nutrition professional with over 20 years of experience in the culinary, corporate, and healthcare industries. She holds a BA in Communication and an MS in Nutrition. She is the founder of DishWithDina, a virtual platform where she is committed to helping people embrace and develop new relationships with food.
Dina runs a part-time private practice where her specialties include high-risk prenatal counseling, diabetes prevention, and chronic disease management. She is also an independent contractor with a variety of community and corporate wellness organizations throughout New York City.
As a former event planner and project manager, Dina acknowledges and appreciates that there is no one eating plan, fitness regimen, daily routine, or productivity program that suits everyone. While her approach is rooted in science-based evidence, she also considers other aspects of her clients’ lives such as stress, sleep, and physical activity. Dina spends time guiding, counseling, and customizing strategies for her clients to meet their health and wellness goals in a realistic and achievable way.
Dina is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and the Greater New York Dietetic Association. She holds a Master of Science in Nutrition from CUNY-Lehman College where she is also an adjunct lecturer of undergraduate and graduate nutrition studies. Dina lives in the East Village (New York City) with her cat and "husfriend" of over 18 years. She is perpetually exhausted.
