We were thrilled to be joined by clinician and author Dr. Charles Frazier, DSW, who walked us through his experience and motivations in treating the offenders of domestic violence. In this episode we get to the core of domestic violence and discuss breaking the cycle as well as the stigma and stereotypes associated with this population. Our next episode will focus on the transitioning phases as a part of November's Transgender Awareness Week.
We kicked season 4 off with an introduction of our new co-hosts; Kristiana Beho, Alyssa Hernandez, Michaela Hilliard, and Erin Mckinzie. In this episode we discussed the process of preparing and taking the LMSW exam, test anxiety, education experiences, connecting with classmates as a cohort, future goals, and much more! Following up from a previous conversation with students about hate crimes on college campuses, host Dr. Christiana Best sits down with two colleagues from the University of St. Joseph's, Dr Elba Caraballo and Dr. Nancy Billias, to discuss hate crimes, racism, implicit bias and micro-aggressions on college campuses from a faculty point-of-view.

Today's episode is focused on hate crimes on college campuses, particularly as it relates to racial incidents. In the studio with me today are students Krystina Jackson, Matthew McClain, Vanessa Villar, and Sneha Jayaraj.
They're here to share their experiences attending predominantly white institutions as students of color, particularly when there's a racial incident or a hate crime on campus. I'm curious to know where do they get the strength and fortitude to move forward in these critical times and what meaning do they take from their experiences
