Think about the time when you're pushed over the edge. You may even be in this season right now when you feel like you've got nothing left to give. Moms especially know this feeling as we're always giving day in and day out -- and sometimes from a place of deficiency. What do you do when you're asked to do more and feel like you're on your last resort?

The widow at Zarephath was asked this same request and showed us how to handle this. Maybe you or someone you know is dealing with this, and you're not sure what to do. Don't miss this encouraging message!

Actor Brad Pitt was once asked about the election process and what he thought of it. Did you ever get to go camping as a child? One of my favorite parts of camping was the camp fire. Something so amazing about its glow, warmth, and the way it made marshmallows taste so much better! I also remember throwing anything and everything into the fire to watch it burn until one time my dad put a cup with some water into the fire and we watched to see what was going to happened. I expected the cup to burn but it didn’t. The cups without the water burned up immediately but the cups with the water didn’t burn. We are all going to sadly get burned in life. However the people that make it through the fire is because of what is on the inside. Join us this Sunday to learn how faith helps you make it through the fire.

As some of you know with older, "well-loved" cars, some things just don't work. In this truck, the gas gauge didn't work. I got stranded on the side of the road several times until I finally learned this lesson - always have the gas tank full so I wouldn't have to worry.

The same lesson applies to our obedience and faith. God will only take us as far as we're obedient. Is your obedience tank full? Our obedience will extract everything God has put into you to take you as far as He intended when He created you.

Have you ever talked yourself out of something because you saw only the problems? Buying a car but its too expensive, taking the job but the commute is too long, dating that girl but she has a past, etc,. Maybe you’ve let others talk you out of something as well because they too saw only the problems. The worst thing is that you can actually talk about something so much that you actually miss the fact that you didn’t do anything. I would love for you and a friend to join us this Sunday as we see Jesus disciples being more interested in discussing a persons issues than making a difference in the lives of individuals.

What is the scariest thing you’ve ever done? Skydiving, Bungee jumping, swimming with sharks, free climbing a mountain or telling someone about Jesus? Why is it that telling someone else about Jesus is still one of the hardest and scariest things for us? Why does it feel unnatural to want to talk about Jesus to those that don’t know him when it should be the most natural thing for us?

February 18th 1952 New England was battered by the most brutal nor’easter in years. Two oil tankers split in half leaving 84 men stranded. Captain Bernie Webber and three other men set out in the storm to rescue as many men as they could in a 36 foot Coast Guard rescue boat. The small crew was able to rescue 32 men.

The story of the Bible is really a story of an epic rescue mission with eternal proportions. Don’t miss this coming Sunday as we kick off our Fall Who’s Your One Campaign.

Friends don't hang out because of the demand in their current role. Relationships require communication. The same applies to our relationship with God. The way we communicate with him is through prayer. However, that's the last thing on our list of things to do each day, each week, each month. Attending church Sundays is not enough to have a strong relationship with God. We must position ourselves in prayer. After all, we can't talk about solid ground without a solid foundation. In the same way, we can't talk about a healthy relationship with God without prayer.

Today people are told to find your area of passion and do that or pursue your dreams. We all know that passion without persistence never pays off and dreams only last so long as we're dreaming.

What we really need is a burden. A Burden can have many different definitions, a heavy load, a weight, or it can mean the main theme.

Question: What is your burden? Too many believers today have no burden for the hurt and pain around them. We need to ask God to give us our burden back.

Most of us hope that our relationships develop on their own. We want acquaintances to become friends, friends to become best friends, girlfriends to become fiancé, wife, mother etc. However, the way we reach those milestones in our relationships is by having goals in place. We can't expect them to happen organically, we have to do our part. Even God created us to have a relationship with Him and He was intentional about creating Eve for Adam. He was intentional when He sent Jesus to die on the cross for you and I.If He was that intentional about His relationship with us, why aren't we doing the same for our relationship with Him.

We appreciate everyone who attended #EpicEaster2019!

Southridge Church is blown away by the fact that over 4,500 people filled the San Jose Giants Stadium, and are incredibly thankful for the 200+ volunteers who gave up countless hours of their time to serve our community.

There was great music, 50,000 Easter eggs, many other elements that made the day fun. But what made the day truly EPIC was seeing many make the life-changing decision to follow Jesus Christ.

We love you all, and can't wait to do this crazy event again next year!

Please enjoy the audio recording of Pastor Micaiah's message from Epic Easter 2019.
