Scott was the Timpanogos High School Men's Soccer Coach between 2013-2018. Along with coaching soccer, he is a University professor at the BYU Marriott School of Business and a Research Associate at Harvard Business School. Additionally, Scott has started and sold multiple companies - his most successful exit being in the regulatory affairs industry.

Ryan's coaching experience started with Personal Training and Wakeboarding and quickly escalated into Olympic Speed Skating. He has coached the whole spectrum of athletes from the deconditioned individual wanting to get back in shape to Olympic Gold Medalists. In this episode, we talk about the pros and cons of performance data as well as the key metrics he pays attention to as he prepares the USA team for the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics.
