There are 4 prevailing theological errors many people are being sucked into. They are called,
• Syncretism.
• Religious Colonialism.
• Christian Paganism.
• Individualism
Last week we covered Syncretism and Religious Colonialism. Today we are going to dive into Individualism.
Individualism is one of the highest forms of pride there is. The premise behind individualism is that people are free to construct their personal highest good. Each individual has the power and authority to shape their very own personal moral compass, ethics, and as we talked about last week – their very own religion.
Continuing in the series, Keys to the Kingdom, we are made to do good. What does good like and how do we live a life of goodness?

These keys bring great blessing. With that said, great blessing also brings great responsibility. If we are not very careful, we can fall into one of the greatest traps many have fallen into when given power and authority. PRIDE

Just to prepare you… we are not talking about being Omnipotent – All Powerful. Or Omniscient – Knowing everything. Or Omnipresent – being everywhere all the time. In Fact, this top value is what we believe is the very essence of our God.

Now What?
What do we do with the birth of Jesus in us? There has to be more than the event or just attending church. The key word is do. It is an active pursuit and journey. Following Jesus is an action-packed journey that requires a great deal of effort. In my experience everything that is worth doing. Everything that is rewarding in life. Everything that has any sort of fulfillment whatsoever. It has a cost. The greater the cost, the greater the reward. Each of these messages in this series have a great deal of reward but I must warn you, it does not come without cost. The love, grace, and mercy of Jesus are free and cannot be earned. The blessings however are participatory. In this message we will be looking at how joy is in the journey.
