Why does success still feel empty?

Why do achievement, recognition, money, relationships, and influence never fully satisfy the longing inside us?

In this powerful message, Apostle Mike Signorelli uncovers one of the deepest wounds every person carries—the desire to be chosen, accepted, and blessed. Through the lives of Jacob and Jesus, he reveals the difference between striving to earn approval and living from the unconditional love of the Father.

Jacob spent his life chasing a blessing he believed he had to steal. Jesus received the Father's blessing before performing a single miracle. That contrast changes everything.

In this message you'll discover:

  • Why so many people struggle with insecurity, anxiety, comparison, and people-pleasing
  • How the father wound quietly shapes our identity and relationships
  • Why achievement can never heal the need for approval
  • The biblical meaning of the Father's blessing and why every heart longs for it
  • How honesty before God breaks the cycle of striving
  • The difference between living for God's approval and living from God's approval

Whether you've been chasing success, fighting for validation, or wondering why nothing ever feels like enough, this message reveals the freedom that comes from receiving what only your Heavenly Father can give.

When you know you're already loved, you stop competing.

When you know you're already chosen, you stop performing.

When you receive the Father's blessing, you become someone who can freely bless others.

You were never meant to spend your life chasing approval.

You were created to live from the love of your Heavenly Father.

What happens after Jesus heals you?

For many believers, salvation becomes the finish line. But according to Scripture, it's only the beginning.

In this passionate and prophetic message, Apostle Mike Signorelli challenges the modern church to move beyond attending services and into the work of building God's Kingdom. Using Ezekiel 22:30 as the foundation, he reveals that God is still searching for people willing to "stand in the gap"—those who will rebuild what sin, compromise, and spiritual apathy have torn down.

This isn't a message about receiving another blessing.

It's a call to become a builder.

In this message you'll discover:

  • Why healing is meant to become someone else's hope
  • The difference between being part of an audience and becoming part of God's army
  • How your greatest wounds often reveal your greatest assignment
  • Why revival requires burden before breakthrough
  • How every believer is called to rebuild the places where the enemy has created breaches
  • What it truly means to be empowered by the Holy Spirit—not just for yourself, but for others

Apostle Mike also casts vision for a Church that doesn't simply gather crowds but makes disciples, equips believers, and raises up leaders in every sphere of culture—from families and businesses to education, government, and the arts.

Jesus didn't save you so you could remain comfortable.

He saved you so you could carry His presence into the broken places of the world.

The cross closed the gap between you and God.

Now God is asking you to stand in the gap for someone else.

The question isn't whether God is looking.

The question is whether He'll find someone willing to stand.

Why do you keep repeating the same patterns—even after giving your life to Christ?

In this powerful continuation of the Autopilot series, Apostle Mike Signorelli reveals that many believers aren't making conscious decisions—they're reacting from unhealed wounds. Through the life of the Apostle Peter, he exposes how trauma shapes our responses through fight, flight, or freeze, keeping us trapped in cycles that only Jesus can break.

But Jesus doesn't shame Peter for his failures. He restores him.

From the Garden of Gethsemane to the charcoal fire on the shore, this message reveals the incredible precision of Christ's restoration. Jesus intentionally brings Peter back to the very place that reminded him of his greatest failure—not to condemn him, but to redeem him. The place of denial becomes the place of healing.

In this message you'll discover:

  • How unhealed wounds create automatic responses that sabotage relationships and purpose
  • Why fighting, running away, or shutting down are often symptoms of deeper pain
  • The difference between reacting from trauma and responding to the Father
  • Why Jesus often heals you in the very place where you were wounded
  • How God transforms failure into purpose through surrender and restoration

Real freedom isn't found by avoiding your triggers. It's found by allowing Jesus to meet you there.

If you've ever felt stuck in recurring patterns, carried shame from past failures, or wondered why the same struggles keep resurfacing, this message will show you that Christ doesn't just forgive your past—He restores your future.

Your wounds don't have to write the rest of your story.

Jesus still meets people at the charcoal fire.

Why do we keep repeating the same patterns—even when we know they're destroying us?

Why do the same relationship struggles, addictions, church hurts, emotional reactions, and destructive habits keep resurfacing?

In this powerful message, Apostle Mike Signorelli teaches that many believers are not simply broken—they're living on autopilot, operating from wounds that were installed years ago. Using the story of the man at the Pool of Bethesda, he exposes how trauma, rejection, disappointment, and fear can silently shape the way we think, respond, and relate to others.

But Jesus doesn't simply offer relief from the symptoms—He offers complete transformation.

In this message you'll discover:

  • Why you keep repeating the same relational patterns
  • How trauma can become an unconscious operating system
  • The difference between living as a victim and living as a son or daughter of God
  • Why healing begins with taking responsibility instead of assigning blame
  • How Jesus breaks cycles that psychology alone cannot
  • What it means to "pick up your mat" and turn your greatest wound into your greatest testimony

This message is both deeply biblical and intensely practical, confronting everything from church hurt and family dysfunction to addiction, anxiety, rejection, and the victim mindset that keeps so many believers trapped.

Jesus asked one simple question at Bethesda:

"Do you want to be healed?"

That same question still confronts every believer today.

If you're ready to stop living from your past, stop repeating destructive cycles, and begin walking in the freedom Christ purchased for you, this message will challenge—and equip—you to take that first step.

Your wound does not have to become your identity.

Your past does not have to become your future.

In Christ, the cycle can end with you.

Every father leaves an inheritance. The question is: will it be a wound, or will it be a blessing?

In this deeply personal and powerful message, Pastor Julie Signorelli explores the generational impact of the father wound through the lives of Laban, Jacob, and Joseph. She reveals how pain that goes unhealed can quietly travel from one generation to the next—showing up as anger, control, fear, rejection, silence, and broken relationships.

Drawing from her own journey of losing her father, walking alongside a husband who carried deep father wounds, and discovering the power of healing in marriage, Pastor Julie delivers a message not only to fathers, but to every man, woman, son, and daughter who has experienced the effects of generational pain.

This message addresses:

  • Why what fathers feel affects the entire home
  • How unhealed wounds become generational patterns
  • The difference between carrying a wound and breaking a cycle
  • Why anger is often a symptom of a deeper pain
  • How women can create an environment that encourages men to heal and follow God
  • Why men must stop suffering in silence and allow the Holy Spirit to restore what has been broken

Laban passed down control. Jacob passed down wounds and favoritism. But Joseph chose something different. He refused to pass down what was done to him and instead released healing, forgiveness, and blessing into the next generation.

You may have inherited a wound—but you do not have to pass it on.

This message is a call for men to rise, for families to heal, and for a new generation to be marked not by pain, but by the freedom found in Jesus Christ.

What happens when you finally stop running and realize you were always wanted?

In this powerful three-part message, Marvele Jean-Baptiste, Pastor Evan Wilson, and Pastor Daniel Santise unpack the story of the prodigal son from three life-changing perspectives: the child who ran from the Father, the child who returned in shame, and the child who never left the house but still struggled to receive the Father’s love.

Marvele shares her personal journey from church hurt, distrust, and an orphan mindset into discovering healing, family, and true spiritual belonging. Pastor Evan reveals the heart of the Father who sees us “a long way off” and runs toward us—not because of a perfect apology, but because we turn our feet toward home. Pastor Daniel challenges those who have always been “doing the right things” but may still be living with a servant mentality instead of embracing their identity as sons and daughters of God.

This message will challenge you to ask:

  • Are you running from the Father?
  • Are you allowing shame to keep you from coming home?
  • Have you been serving God like a slave instead of living as His child?

Whether you identify with the prodigal son, the older brother, or somewhere in between, this message is a reminder that the Father is not waiting with condemnation—He is running toward you with compassion, grace, and open arms.

You are not an orphan.

You are not a servant striving for acceptance.

You are a son. You are a daughter. You are welcomed home.

What if the deepest issue in your life isn’t behavior—it’s identity?

In this powerful and deeply personal message, Apostle Mike Signorelli unpacks one of the most transformative truths in all of Scripture: God is not just your Creator—He is your Father.

Drawing from his own story of growing up with father wounds, rejection, and abandonment, Apostle Mike reveals how many believers unknowingly live with an orphan spirit. They love, serve, give, strive, perform, and compete—not from sonship, but from a desperate attempt to earn belonging, approval, and significance.

Through a profound study of 1 John 3:1, he explores the phrase “What manner of love is this?” and uncovers its original meaning: “From what country did this love come?” The love of the Father is so foreign to the human experience that even the Apostle John struggled to find language for it.

This message exposes the roots of the orphan heart, the hidden ways it affects relationships, ministry, success, leadership, and self-worth, and the freedom that comes when believers finally embrace their identity as sons and daughters of God.

You’ll also discover a fresh perspective on the Prodigal Son, not as the story of a rebellious child, but as the story of a Father who runs.

In this episode, you’ll learn:

• What the orphan spirit is and how it develops

• Why many Christians serve God from striving instead of sonship

• How father wounds shape identity, relationships, and faith

• The biblical meaning behind “What manner of love is this?”

• Why success can become dangerous without healing and sonship

• How adoption into God’s family changes everything

• The significance of the Father running toward the prodigal son

• How to break free from performance, rejection, and insecurity

You were never created to live as an orphan.

The Father has been running toward you the entire time.

Together, Apostle Mike and Pastor Yang explore how God adopts spiritual orphans, breaks generational strongholds, and reveals His fatherly love to those who have experienced rejection, abandonment, or brokenness.

What do you do in the waiting season between the promise of God and the fulfillment of it?

In this powerful Pentecost Sunday message, Apostle Mike Signorelli unpacks the deeper meaning of Pentecost—not just as a moment of spiritual power, but as proof that God fulfills His promises according to His timing, not ours.

Through Acts 1 and 2, Apostle Mike reveals that Pentecost was never about people “earning” a move of God through striving. The outpouring of the Holy Spirit happened because heaven had already set the date. The disciples were not provoking God—they were being prepared by God.

This message dives deep into the tension between promise and process, teaching believers how to suffer well, wait faithfully, and remain planted in “Jerusalem” long enough to see God fulfill what He spoke.

You’ll hear raw personal testimony about family trauma, ministry pressure, spiritual warfare, sickness, financial sacrifice, depression, miracles, and the painful process of watching prophetic words take years—or decades—to come to pass. From his mother’s miraculous healing after 25 years, to the planting of V1 Indiana, to attacks against his family while preaching in New York City, Apostle Mike shows how God uses process to prepare people for fullness.

This sermon is a call to stop striving, stop abandoning the process prematurely, and trust that God already has the fulfillment marked on His calendar.

In this episode, you’ll learn:

• The true meaning of Pentecost and Shavuot

• Why God often delays fulfillment without denying the promise

• How suffering develops maturity and endurance

• Why process is connected to fullness

• The danger of leaving “Jerusalem” too soon

• How obedience positions you for destiny moments

• Why God prepares people before releasing power

• How to remain faithful during seasons of waiting and uncertainty

God has not forgotten what He promised you.

There is still a date on heaven’s calendar.

How do you actually grow in discernment? Is it more information? More research? More spiritual experiences?

In this prophetic and deeply practical message, Apostle Mike Signorelli confronts one of the biggest misconceptions in the modern church: that discernment comes primarily through knowledge. Instead, he reveals the biblical truth that discernment increases through obedience.

Using powerful examples from Scripture—including Naaman, Paul, Moses, Joseph, and Proverbs 3—this sermon exposes how fear, pride, trauma, self-reliance, and “leaning on your own understanding” distort spiritual clarity. Apostle Mike unpacks why many believers are not actually confused—they’re struggling to trust God enough to obey what He already said.

This message is both pastoral and prophetic, dealing directly with anxiety, double-mindedness, surrender, spiritual maturity, relationships, finances, sexuality, and the internal battle between flesh and faith. It’s a call to stop trying to control every outcome and instead learn how to fully lean on the Holy Spirit.

You’ll also hear a powerful revelation on Naaman dipping seven times in the Jordan River, why repeated obedience matters, and how God often heals far more than the problem you originally brought to Him.

This sermon will challenge your thinking, expose hidden idols of self-sufficiency, and call you into deeper surrender.

In this episode, you’ll learn:

• Why discernment grows through obedience—not just information

• The danger of leaning on your own understanding

• How fear and anxiety are connected to self-reliance

• What double-mindedness actually is according to Scripture

• Why God often says “no” before He says “yes”

• The spiritual significance of Naaman dipping seven times

• How surrender positions you for greater authority and maturity

• Why repeated obedience unlocks transformation

God is not trying to confuse you.

He’s trying to mature you.

Mary’s Yes: The Faith, Sacrifice & Strength of a Mother

What does it look like to trust God when your life doesn’t make sense? When the promise is real, but the path is painful?

In this deeply personal Mother’s Day message, Apostle Mike Signorelli unpacks the life of Mary—the mother of Jesus—and reveals why her story is one of the greatest examples of faith, endurance, sacrifice, and unwavering obedience in all of Scripture.

Through powerful parallels between Mary’s journey and Pastor Julie Signorelli’s own story, this sermon explores what it means to stay planted in God’s calling while constantly pivoting through life’s unexpected seasons. From broken arms and flat tires to miscarriages, sickness, church planting struggles, and public criticism, this message is a raw and honest look at the unseen sacrifices behind spiritual legacy.

Apostle Mike shares personal testimony about his battle with alcoholism, the prayers and perseverance of his wife, and how one person’s “yes” to God can impact generations to come.

This is more than a message about motherhood. It’s about learning how to hold onto the promises of God when circumstances contradict them. It’s about treasuring God’s word above public opinion. And it’s about refusing to move your spiritual position even when life forces you to pivot.

In this episode, you’ll learn:

• Why Mary may be the greatest mother in Scripture

• The difference between pivoting and losing your position

• How mothers carry spiritual weight through constant adjustment

• Why understanding is not a prerequisite for obedience

• How to protect God’s promises in your heart during difficult seasons

• The power of perseverance, sacrifice, and spiritual endurance

• How one “yes” to God can transform future generations

No matter what season you’re in, God still knows how to take impossible ingredients and create a miracle.

Pain isn’t the problem—it’s the process.

In this raw and confrontational message, Apostle Mike Signorelli dismantles the modern belief that following God should remove suffering. Instead, he reveals a deeper biblical truth: pain is often the very tool God uses to produce transformation, discipline, and lasting peace.

Drawing from powerful moments in Acts, Hebrews, and Romans, this sermon challenges the listener to stop resisting discomfort and start understanding its purpose. There is a difference between suffering because of sin and suffering because of salvation—and your future is shaped by which one you choose.

This message exposes:

  • Why some pain is not meant to be removed—but redeemed
  • The difference between self-destruction and self-construction
  • How discipline through suffering produces righteousness—and ultimately peace
  • Why many believers stay stuck by trying to escape what God is trying to use
  • The truth about generational cycles, spiritual growth, and real transformation

From stories of miraculous restoration to real-life testimony of persecution and endurance, this sermon confronts shallow faith and calls you into something deeper: a faith that doesn’t collapse under pressure, but is refined by it.

If you’ve been asking God to take the pain away, this message will force a different question:

What if the pain is the pathway?

This isn’t a message about avoiding suffering.

It’s about learning how to suffer well—and letting God use it to change you.

In this powerful and deeply convicting message, Pastor Sandra Anderson walks through the biblical picture of the potter and the clay, revealing the full process God takes His people through to form them into vessels of honor. Drawing from Jeremiah 18 and Isaiah 64, this sermon is not about comfort—it’s about transformation.

From the moment God finds you in the dirt, to the breaking, shaping, waiting, and refining in the fire, every stage has purpose. Nothing is wasted. The pressure, the pruning, the seasons of silence—these are not setbacks, they are the process of becoming.

This message confronts pride, exposes hidden sin, and calls believers back to humility, surrender, and true consecration. It challenges the idea of rushing promotion and instead anchors identity in submission to the Master’s hands. Through vivid imagery and uncompromising truth, Pastor Sandra reminds us: if we resist the process, we risk being unfit for what God is preparing us for.

But if we stay on the table… if we endure the fire… if we surrender fully—God will shape something beautiful out of our lives.

What you’ll learn in this episode:

  • Why God chooses you before you ever choose Him
  • The necessity of cleansing, breaking, and sanctification
  • How pride and impatience derail spiritual growth
  • The purpose of dry seasons and waiting on God
  • What the “fire” really produces in your life
  • How to become a vessel of honor, set apart for God’s use

This is a call to go all in. To stop resisting the process. To let God deal with every hidden place of the heart—and to trust that what He’s forming is worth it.

You are the clay. He is the Master Potter. And He is not finished with you yet.

What does it really mean that Jesus is “The King of the Jews”? And why did they crucify the very One they were waiting for?

In this powerful Good Friday message, Apostle Mike uncovers the deeper spiritual battle behind the cross—a war over identity, authority, and the condition of the human heart.

From the jealousy that drove Joseph’s brothers…

to Cain and Abel…

to the crowds that praised Jesus one day and rejected Him the next…

This message exposes a sobering truth:

We can reject, resist, or even try to destroy the very thing God is calling us to become.

Centered around the crucifixion and the inscription “The King of the Jews,” this teaching reveals:

  • The war over your true identity in Christ
  • How envy and comparison distort purpose
  • Why people wanted what Jesus could do—but rejected who He is
  • The difference between conditional faith and true surrender
  • The power of the thief on the cross—and what it teaches about salvation

This is more than a Good Friday reflection.

It’s a confrontation.

Because at the cross, every person has to decide:

  • Will you resist Him?
  • Or will you surrender and say, “Remember me”?

The verdict of your life can change in a moment—but only if you respond.

This message is a call to stop justifying, stop comparing, and step fully into the identity, freedom, and authority that Jesus purchased on the cross.

Good Friday isn’t just about what happened to Jesus—

it’s about what happens to you when you truly encounter Him.

Not all worship is real. And not everyone praising Jesus actually knows Him.

In this sobering and deeply revealing message, Apostle Mike breaks down one of the most misunderstood moments in Scripture—Palm Sunday—and exposes a truth most people miss:

The same crowd shouting “Hosanna”… was the same crowd that would later reject Him.

Why? Because they wanted something from Jesus—but didn’t want Jesus Himself.

This message confronts the difference between:

  • Requesting from God vs. surrendering to Him
  • A version of Jesus you created vs. the real Messiah
  • Worship that looks right vs. worship that is right
  • Begging like an orphan vs. living as a son or daughter

Through Matthew 21 and Revelation 7, you’ll see two groups of people—both with palm branches, both worshiping—but only one truly belongs to Him.

This is a call to examine your heart, your motives, and your relationship with Christ.

Are you following Jesus… or a version of Him that serves you?

What does it really mean to follow Jesus—and how do you know if your faith is real?

In this powerful message from Matthew 21, Apostle Mike exposes one of the most dangerous realities in modern Christianity: you can look like you have faith… and still have no fruit.

From the triumphal entry to the cleansing of the temple and the cursing of the fig tree, this teaching reveals how Jesus confronts surface-level religion, false representations of who He is, and a generation that confuses appearance with authenticity.

This isn’t a comfortable message—but it’s a necessary one. Because in the days ahead, God is not looking for leaves—He’s looking for fruit.

If you’ve ever wondered:

  1. Why some people follow Jesus but fall away
  2. How to discern the real Jesus from a counterfeit version
  3. What God is actually looking for in this season
  4. Why fruit matters more than appearance
  5. How to live with true authority, conviction, and purpose

This message will challenge you, expose what’s been hidden, and call you into deeper alignment with Christ.

This is not about performance—it’s about transformation.

The Mount of Olives, a site of profound spiritual significance, serves as a backdrop for an exploration of the intersection between the divine and the earthly, as articulated in this enlightening discourse. It is herein posited that this mountain is more than mere geography; it is, in fact, a pivotal spiritual threshold where the celestial realm converges with human experience. From this vantage point, one gains an unparalleled perspective of Jerusalem, including the iconic Temple Mount and the Eastern Gate, each emblematic of a divine narrative that unfolds across time and prophecy. It is imperative for you to grasp that this location is not incidental; every element present here is imbued with purpose and intention, reflecting a divine blueprint that beckons a deeper understanding of your own spiritual journey. The discourse further delves into the notion of anointing, represented through the symbolism of oil derived from crushed olives. This metaphor serves as a poignant reminder that spiritual empowerment often emerges from moments of intense pressure and personal trials. I urge you to reflect on the crushing that precedes the outpouring of oil; it is a necessary process that reveals the anointing of the Holy Spirit, which signifies healing and divine empowerment. The narrative of Jesus, whose most fervent prayers were uttered from this sacred mountain, reinforces the idea that true spiritual depth is cultivated in the garden of Gethsemane, where the weight of the world bore down upon him, ultimately leading to the triumph of resurrection. In the latter sections of the discussion, a profound warning emerges: proximity to the sacred does not guarantee recognition of the divine. Jesus, as he beheld Jerusalem from this very mount, wept for those who were blind to the moment of their visitation. This poignant observation calls upon you to examine your own spiritual acuity—are you merely observing, or are you actively engaging with the divine? As you navigate your spiritual path, it is crucial to remain vigilant and discerning, especially in times of turmoil and uncertainty. The Mount of Olives compels you to confront the dichotomy of living amidst holy things while possibly remaining oblivious to the Holy One. Thus, the message encapsulates the urgency of spiritual vigilance and the transformative power of suffering, as you are invited to partake in the great narrative of redemption that transcends time and space.

Takeaways:

  1. The Mount of Olives serves as a significant spiritual threshold, where heaven intersects with earth, symbolizing pivotal moments in biblical prophecy.
  2. You are urged to recognize that the crushing of olives is necessary for the release of oil, which symbolizes divine anointing and empowerment.
  3. The profound truth conveyed is that one can be near sacred events yet fail to discern the presence of the Holy One, emphasizing the importance of spiritual awareness.
  4. The process of transformation from pressure to purpose is illustrated through the metaphor of wine-making, highlighting the necessity of patience and discernment in spiritual growth.

This message captures a powerful moment from Journey With Jesus, where three voices come together to challenge believers to deeper surrender and real discipleship.

Apostle Mike Signorelli opens by unpacking Luke 9:51, the moment Jesus set His face toward Jerusalem, knowing the cross was ahead. It wasn’t hesitation. It wasn’t uncertainty. It was a decision. And that same moment confronts every believer who senses God calling them beyond comfort and into costly obedience.

From there, Pastor Brian Duley and Brian Barcelona continue the conversation, bringing prophetic urgency and practical application to what it means to truly follow Jesus in this generation. Together they confront the difference between wounding the flesh and crucifying it, and why real transformation only comes through full surrender.

This episode challenges believers to stop managing sin, stop negotiating with compromise, and embrace the narrow road that leads to real resurrection life.

Because where there is true death to the flesh, resurrection power follows.

In this episode you’ll discover:• What it means that Jesus “set His face toward Jerusalem”

• The difference between wounding the flesh and crucifying it

• Why partial surrender keeps believers stuck in cycles

• How accountability helps believers walk the narrow road

• Why real resurrection always follows true death to self

• How to respond when God is calling you into deeper obedience

If you’ve sensed God pushing you toward something deeper, something costly, or something that requires real surrender, this message will challenge you to stop hesitating and step fully into the life Christ has called you to.

In this message from the Journey With Jesus series, Apostle Mike delivers a prophetic and urgent word that confronts fear, false identity, and spiritual passivity head-on.

Drawing from Jesus leading His disciples to Caesarea Philippi, one of the darkest and most spiritually charged regions of that time, this sermon reveals a powerful pattern: Jesus consistently walks into the places others avoid. The manger. The storm. The table of sinners. The territory of demons. The gates of hell.

And He calls His disciples to follow Him there.

This message is not casual. It is confrontational in the best way. It exposes the spirit of panic operating in culture, challenges religious comfort, and calls believers to stop avoiding the gates and start storming them. At the center of it all is one defining question Jesus asked in the shadow of pagan worship:

“Who do you say that I am?”

Your answer determines your identity.

Your confession becomes your foundation.

Your open heart becomes the gate heaven moves through.

🔥 In This Message, You’ll Learn:1. Why Jesus leads you into places that feel uncomfortable or misunderstood 2. The spiritual meaning behind Caesarea Philippi and the “gates of hell” 3. How panic spreads in culture — and how believers resist it 4. Why false humility can actually limit your destiny 5. What it means to “open the gates” of your heart 6. How God turns your darkest chapter into your strongest foundation 7. Why the church is on offense, not defense 8. How to break the lie that says, “I can’t be more than this”

If you’ve felt intimidated by culture, stuck in old identity, or hesitant to fully surrender, this message will push you into bold faith and deeper authority.

The gates of hell cannot prevail.

But you still have to open yours.

Preaching from the shores of the Sea of Galilee, Apostle Mike teaches from the very place where Jesus called fishermen into destiny, calmed violent storms, walked on water, cast out demons, and restored a disciple who thought he had ruined everything.

Peter’s story unfolded on this water. His calling began here. His faith was tested here. His failure echoed here. And his restoration happened here.

If you have ever questioned why God allowed you to fail, this message will confront that question directly.

When Peter denied Jesus, he eventually returned to fishing on this same sea. That was not recreation. It was resignation. When people lose clarity about who they are, they go back to what they were. Yet Jesus returned to this exact place and recreated the original calling moment. Same water. Same nets. Same voice. Different power.

Restoration does not flow from shame. It flows from love.

🔎 In This Message, You’ll Learn:1. Why calling always precedes qualification 2. Why obedience can still lead you into storms 3. The real reason Peter sank 4. How failure can become formation 5. Why some people choose profitable bondage over costly freedom 6. What it means when you feel tempted to return to your old life 7. How Jesus restores you at the site of your greatest disappointment 8. Why God may allow failure without abandoning you

The place where you think it ended may be the place He completes what He started.

If He began a good work in you, He will see it through.

In this bold and confrontational message, Apostle Mike challenges passive Christianity and calls believers to walk in the authority Christ already secured. When the disciples strained against the storm, Jesus walked on the very thing that terrified them. The difference was not effort. It was revelation.

Many believers are exhausting themselves trying to fight spiritual battles with natural strategies. Row harder. Try more. Network more. Strain more. But the storm was never meant to be defeated by human effort. It was meant to reveal who Jesus is in a realm you have not yet seen.

This teaching exposes the futility of striving and reveals the dominion of Christ over every dimension. He asserted authority on land, over the waters, beneath the earth, and in the heavens. Then He declared that same authority over His Church. This is not about admiration. It is about alignment. Not about fear, but enforcement of victory.

If you have been straining in your own strength, this message will confront you and recalibrate you. It is time to stand up in the boat, open your mouth, and walk in the authority Christ gave you.

In this urgent and prophetic message, Jonathan Cahn delivers a sobering word on the spiritual forces shaping nations, cultures, and this present hour.

Drawing from Scripture, history, and firsthand encounters from around the world, Jonathan Cahn pulls back the veil on the unseen realm, revealing how ancient powers, principalities, and idols operate behind civilizations, governments, and cultural movements. This message confronts the reality of spiritual warfare not as theory, but as lived experience, calling the Church to discern the times and understand what must be done.

From mass deliverance witnessed on foreign soil, to biblical patterns repeating in modern history, this teaching issues a clear warning: a nation delivered but left empty will not remain neutral. What is cast out will seek to return unless the house is filled with the presence of God.

This sermon is a call to awaken from complacency, reject compromise, and recognize that we are living in a decisive window of grace. Jonathan Cahn reminds the Church that political change without spiritual transformation is temporary, and that revival, repentance, and full surrender to Jesus are the only answers that can secure a nation’s future.

This message will challenge you to:

  1. Discern the spiritual reality behind cultural and political shifts
  2. Understand biblical patterns repeating in modern history
  3. Recognize the danger of an empty house devoid of God’s presence
  4. Embrace personal repentance as the doorway to national revival
  5. Respond to the urgency of this prophetic moment

This is not speculation.

It is a wake-up call.

If you sense that we are standing at a crossroads in history, this message will clarify the hour, confront compromise, and call you to live fully surrendered for such a time as this.

In this word from the Journey With Jesus sermon series, Apostle Mike Signorelli takes the church up the mountain to confront what may be the most dangerous sermon Jesus ever preached: the Sermon on the Mount.

Teaching from Matthew 5, this message reveals how Jesus did not come to reform culture, politics, or religious systems, but to introduce an entirely different Kingdom with an entirely different set of values. While the world rewards power, image, revenge, comfort, and self-promotion, Jesus flips the system upside down and declares blessing over humility, repentance, meekness, mercy, purity, peacemaking, and endurance under persecution.

Apostle Mike unpacks the Beatitudes as the constitution of the Kingdom of God, exposing the tension between earthly systems and heavenly citizenship. This teaching challenges believers to stop living as consumers of church and start living as citizens of heaven, formed by Christ rather than culture.

This message confronts:

  1. Why familiarity, pride, and compromise block spiritual authority
  2. How the Kingdom of God reverses the world’s definition of success
  3. What it truly means to be poor in spirit, meek, merciful, and pure in heart
  4. Why peacemakers confront rather than avoid truth
  5. How persecution often confirms allegiance, not failure
  6. The cost of living between two kingdoms and why Jesus demands a choice

This is not a motivational message.

It is a call to surrender, alignment, and citizenship.

If you are tired of shallow faith, cultural Christianity, and partial obedience, this sermon will challenge you to come down the mountain and live what Jesus actually taught.

In Part 4 of the Journey With Jesus series, Apostle Mike Signorelli delivers a powerful, Scripture-anchored teaching straight from Nazareth, unpacking one of the most confronting moments in Jesus’ ministry. Walking through Mark 6, Luke 4, and Matthew 4, this message exposes the spiritual difference between Nazareth and Capernaum, not as geography, but as atmosphere.

Jesus carries the same anointing into both places, yet the outcomes could not be more different. In Nazareth, familiarity breeds offense and unbelief, and the miraculous is restrained. In Capernaum, expectation creates agreement, authority is recognized, and freedom breaks out. Apostle Mike challenges believers to examine the environments they remain in, the voices they allow to define them, and whether they are staying where their past is known or moving where their calling is honored.

This message reframes the anointing, not as a feeling or moment, but as the Holy Spirit empowering obedience to assignment. It calls the Church to reject gossip, cynicism, and fault-finding, and to cultivate unity, honor, humility, and expectation. Part 4 is a sobering and activating word for anyone who senses God has more, but knows atmosphere determines whether that “more” can be released.

In this short but weighty installment of the Journey With Jesus series, Apostle Mike teaches on location in Nazareth, the place where Jesus grew up, worked, and was ultimately rejected.

Standing in the very environment that shaped Christ’s hidden years, this message brings sharp clarity to a truth many believers struggle with: familiarity can blind you to what God is doing, and rejection is often the soil where calling is forged.

Nazareth was not the place of miracles. It was the place of formation. And it was there that Jesus learned obedience, humility, restraint, and submission long before power was ever displayed.

This teaching confronts the temptation to despise ordinary seasons, to seek validation from familiar voices, and to abandon obedience when honor is withheld. It reframes obscurity, resistance, and rejection as essential tools God uses to prepare His people for impact beyond their hometown, their comfort, and their expectations.

In this message, you’ll be challenged to consider:

  1. Why God often develops us where we feel unseen or misunderstood
  2. How familiarity can block honor and hinder discernment
  3. The cost of obedience when your calling outgrows your environment
  4. Why rejection does not negate anointing, it often confirms it
  5. How Jesus’ hidden years in Nazareth shaped His public authority

This is a reminder that not every season is about manifestation. Some seasons are about formation. And what God builds in private will eventually sustain what He releases in public.

If you’ve ever felt overlooked, underestimated, or resisted in a place that once felt familiar, this message will help you see that God may be doing more than you realize.

Growth with God is rarely comfortable.

Preparation almost never feels like promotion.

In Part 2 of the Journey With Jesus series, Apostle Mike Signorelli unpacks the often-misunderstood season where God begins to stretch, disrupt, and refine His people before entrusting them with more.

Drawing from scripture and lived spiritual reality, this message exposes the lie that difficulty means delay, and instead reveals how pressure, pruning, obscurity, and resistance are often clear indicators that God is increasing capacity, not withholding blessing.

This teaching confronts the tendency to misinterpret preparation as punishment and calls believers to develop discernment for what God is actually doing beneath the surface.

You’ll hear clarity on:

  1. Why discomfort is frequently evidence of divine development
  2. How God uses hidden seasons to build internal strength
  3. The difference between frustration and formation
  4. Why preparation precedes promotion in the Kingdom
  5. How to remain faithful when the season doesn’t make sense yet
  6. What it looks like to walk with Jesus when the cost is real

This message is for anyone who feels stretched, unsettled, or tested—and wonders if God is silent or intentional.

He is intentional.

If you sense that God is preparing you for more, this teaching will help you recognize the signs, align your heart, and remain faithful in the process.

Christianity does not begin with perfection.

It begins with following.

In this foundational message launching the Journey With Jesus series, Apostle Mike Signorelli calls the church back to the hidden life of daily obedience that formed Christ long before public ministry ever began.

Teaching from the unseen 30 years of Jesus’ life, this message confronts modern Christianity’s obsession with information, hype, and spectacle—and re-centers faith around formation, covenant, and embodied obedience.

You’ll be challenged to examine the gap between private devotion and public confession, and to rediscover the daily rhythms that shaped Jesus Himself: prayer, withdrawal, discipline, faithfulness, and submission to the Father’s will.

This message covers:

  1. Why faithfulness doesn’t need narration, it needs demonstration
  2. The danger of spiritual knowledge without obedience
  3. How Jesus increased in wisdom, stature, and favor—and why you must too
  4. The difference between reacting to culture and responding to God
  5. Why covenant, not preference, is the foundation of spiritual authority
  6. What it truly means to follow Jesus daily, not occasionally

This is not a motivational sermon.

It is a call to alignment.

2026 does not begin with chasing fire.

It begins with recovering holiness.

If you are hungry for a deeper walk with Jesus—one rooted in daily surrender, disciplined obedience, and covenant faith—this message will set the trajectory for everything that follows.

In this powerful Christmas Eve message, Apostle Mike Signorelli speaks directly to a generation overwhelmed by confusion, deception, and blurred truth. In an age of artificial intelligence, conspiracy, and constant noise, the question people are really asking is no longer “Is this true?” but “Is this real?”Teaching from Matthew 1–2, Luke 2, John 1, Romans 8, Hebrews 11, and Psalm 68, Apostle Mike reframes the Christmas story through the lens of discernment, faith, and confirmation. Just as the wise men recognized the star and showed up not for proof but for confirmation, this sermon reveals how God still confirms His truth today through the power and presence of the Holy Spirit.

This message explores:

🔥 Why Jesus did not come to argue God’s existence, but to embody it

🔥 How the Holy Spirit confirms what faith already believes

🔥 The difference between proof, opinion, and spiritual witness

🔥 Why church is meant to be a home for the lonely and searching

🔥 How God settles the solitary into family and spiritual covering

🔥 What it means to live as light in a deceptive and fractured world

🔥 Why faith may feel blurry but is still real and alive

With pastoral honesty, cultural awareness, and gospel clarity, Apostle Mike invites listeners to move beyond surface-level belief and into a living relationship with Jesus Christ. This Christmas Eve gathering culminates in a call to salvation, renewal, and spiritual reset as families across every V1 Church campus come together under the light of Christ.

The Christmas story is not just something to observe. It is something to encounter.

As Christmas approaches and families gather, many people feel the weight of unresolved pain, generational dysfunction, and unspoken questions about why their family story looks the way it does. In this prophetic and deeply pastoral message, Apostle Mike Signorelli addresses the real spiritual battle behind family conflict and reveals why God intentionally placed you in your family line.

Teaching from Genesis, Matthew 1, Psalms, Ephesians, and the life of Jesus, this sermon exposes how patterns of addiction, rage, fear, fatherlessness, poverty, and compromise travel through generations, and how the blood of Jesus empowers one person to stop the cycle. You’ll discover that dysfunction may be inherited, but destiny is appointed, and God often chooses one willing person to become the breaker for an entire bloodline.

This message unpacks:

🔥 How generational curses and blessings are formed

🔥 Why the enemy targets marriage, children, and legacy

🔥 God’s original design for family, covenant, and order

🔥 How discipline, blessing, and spiritual leadership shape future generations

🔥 Why Jesus’ own family line proves redemption is stronger than scandal

🔥 What it means to protect your vineyard and refuse destructive trades

🔥 How confession, repentance, and renunciation activate real freedom

Apostle Mike shares raw personal testimony, biblical depth, and prophetic insight to help listeners understand their assignment within their family. You were not placed where you are by accident. You were trusted with the responsibility of breaking what others could not and starting what future generations will live in.

This message calls believers to stand, confess, renounce, rebuild, and step into their role as intercessors, curse-breakers, and legacy carriers. Your story does not end where your family’s pain began.

In this timely and weighty message, Apostle Mike Signorelli leads V1 Church into a defining end-of-year consecration moment centered on generosity, legacy, and family alignment with God’s purposes. Teaching from 1 Chronicles 29, he reveals how money is not merely a financial topic but a deeply spiritual one that shapes households, values, and generations.

Through the story of King David’s public devotion to the house of God, this sermon reframes generosity as worship and legacy rather than emotion or obligation. Apostle Mike applies the framework of wise, foolish, and destructive patterns to family finances, exposing how fear, scarcity, and cynicism quietly disciple hearts, while wisdom produces freedom, unity, and long-term fruit.

This message also casts clear vision for Vision 2026, outlining the future God is inviting V1 Church into together, including:

  • Building a permanent Long Island stage for preaching, training, and global broadcast
  • Launching V1 College with accredited degree programs to raise the next generation of leaders
  • Bringing the gospel to Times Square on Easter Sunday
  • Expanding V1 Community Impact to serve families in crisis
  • Completing a feature-length film centered on the Father’s heart
  • Believing for a historic mortgage-burning milestone as the church steps into 2026

Families, parents, children, singles, and the global V1 community are invited to respond together with wholehearted obedience, breaking generational patterns and modeling faith for the next generation. This sermon marks a pivotal moment of unity, vision, and consecration for the future God is building.

Family wounds run deep. Many of the greatest hurts of your life didn’t come from strangers. They came from parents who never saw you, siblings who betrayed you, spouses who walked away, and relatives who weaponized guilt. In this piercing and hope-filled message, Apostle Mike Signorelli confronts the patterns that keep families in cycles of trauma and teaches the biblical wisdom that breaks those cycles for good.

Drawing from Proverbs, the teachings of Jesus, and years of pastoral counseling, this message reveals the three types of people Scripture calls out—the wise, the foolish, and the evil—and how God instructs us to respond to each with clarity, courage, and holiness. You’ll learn how to:

🔥 Discern the difference between wounds and patterns

🔥 Set godly boundaries without guilt or fear

🔥 Stop over-explaining to people who refuse to change

🔥 Identify relational cycles that require consequences, not conversations

🔥 Protect your peace, your marriage, and your children with biblical authority

🔥 Redefine family the way Jesus did: by obedience, not DNA

🔥 Confront generational dysfunction with truth and freedom

Apostle Mike exposes why many believers feel trapped by toxic family dynamics, why guilt keeps you in bondage, and how God uses boundaries as tools of healing—not rebellion. From marital conflict to parental wounds to cycles of abuse, this teaching equips you to walk in wisdom, break the pressure of false loyalty, and move from chaos to peace.

This message is not permission to be bitter. It is an invitation into healing, discernment, safety, and freedom.

God is restoring families. God is raising breakers. God is setting households free.

In this historic and deeply prophetic message, Apostle Mike Signorelli leads V1 Church through Ordination Sunday and delivers a call that reaches far beyond titles. This is a commissioning for every believer—because before God elevates a church, He first awakens the priesthood of all believers.

Drawing from the Go V1 series, Apostle Mike reveals why the modern church must return to the original blueprint: covenant over comfort, surrender over preference, and activation over spectatorship. Through Scripture, impartation, and raw spiritual urgency, he unpacks:

🔥 Why every believer is a priest, not a passive observer

🔥 How God selects, tests, and proves shepherds for His people

🔥 Why private battles create public authority

🔥 How every road can turn into a runway when humility meets obedience

🔥 What it means to battle, break, and burn as a unified church

🔥 The danger of commitment without covenant and spectatorship without sacrifice

🔥 Why prophetic callings will always be misunderstood, and why it’s worth it

From Numbers 13 to the story of Benaiah, from Abraham to the early church, Apostle Mike confronts the hesitation, rebellion, and passivity that keep believers in the stands instead of on the field. This message is a charge to rise, recommit, and step into the fullness of your calling as V1 Church prepares to “go wheels up” into a new season of unity, multiplication, and spiritual authority.

It’s time to battle. It’s time to break. It’s time to burn.

It’s time to Go V1.

In this urgent and prophetic message, Apostle Mike Signorelli exposes the invisible war that determines your destiny: the battle inside your mind. Before God elevates you, you must win the internal fight against hesitation, fear, and the instinct to hold something back.

Drawing from the Go V1 foundations of battle, break, and burn, this sermon reveals why so many believers never fully commit to their calling and why private obedience is the key to public breakthrough. You’ll learn how to:

🔥 Push past mental hesitation and override your brain’s resistance

🔥 Break the escape hatches that sabotage covenant and consistency

🔥 Burn away self-preservation and step into full surrender

🔥 Win the private battles God sees even when no one else does

🔥 Walk in the bold obedience that positions you for elevation

🔥 Confront the lions in the pit before they confront you in public

Apostle Mike takes you deep into the story of Benaiah and shows how hidden victories prepare you for visible promotion. This message is a wake-up call for anyone who feels stuck, divided, or held back by old patterns. God is raising warriors who will battle, break, burn, and go V1.

There comes a point in your walk where God confronts every escape hatch you’ve kept open. In this message, Apostle Mike calls the church out of convenient Christianity and into the kind of surrender Scripture actually demands. This is the narrow road. This is the cost of true discipleship.

From Caleb’s different spirit in Numbers 14, to the woman who shattered her alabaster box, to Elisha burning his plows, this teaching cuts through half-hearted faith and exposes the truth: you cannot walk into promise while keeping a pathway back to bondage. Breakthrough requires battle. Transformation requires breaking. Freedom requires burning the old life so there is no return.

Apostle Mike also shares the raw, personal story behind the moment God called him to go V1 - the point of no return in aviation where the plane must take off. That same call rests on every believer who refuses reversible commitment and steps fully into covenant with Christ.

If you’re exhausted from living halfway or you know you’ve been holding on to backup plans, this message will confront you, realign you, and call you into a life that is fully yielded to the Holy Spirit.

This week, Apostle Mike Signorelli takes us deep into the words of Jesus in Matthew 10 with a message that calls believers back to the original design of the Church.

In a culture discipled by comfort and emotion, this message challenges us to crucify preference, live in obedience, and walk the narrow road where true power is found. From his personal revelation in the hills of Sicily to the charge of “sow and repeat,” this word will awaken a new level of devotion, endurance, and kingdom purpose in your life.

You’ll learn:

• Why many believers are discipled more by culture than by Scripture

• How to move from “church” to kingdom — where dominion and purpose collide

• The difference between sowing and reaping vs. sowing and repeating

• Why surviving in obedience is success in God’s eyes

• How dying to your own preferences releases divine favor

In this prophetic message delivered from the steps of the U.S. Capitol, Apostle Mike Signorelli declares that we are living in an age of mass deception—a generation distracted by what looks right but isn’t God. Drawing from Matthew 24 and Luke 19, he exposes the enemy’s strategy to divide, distract, and deceive while calling believers to rise up as a mustard-seed generation—small in number but destined to spread truth across the earth.

• The rise of mass deception in our generation

• The enemy doesn’t need to destroy you—just distract you

• Why Jesus began His end-times teaching with deception, not disaster

• The difference between political deliverance and spiritual deliverance

• The deception of distraction in our daily lives—scrolling, comparison, compromise

• God’s call to devotion over distraction

• The prophetic dream of the bound but not silent demon

• A generation finding its voice again through unity and truth

• Becoming part of the mustard-seed movement spreading revival across the earth

From Capitol Hill to Chicago, this is a rallying cry for the church to return to devotion, to silence the voice of deception, and to bring heaven’s government to earth through unified faith and bold obedience.

In one of the most urgent and powerful messages of the year, Apostle Mike Signorelli calls believers everywhere to lock in for the final stretch of 2025. This isn’t a season for distraction or passivity - it’s a time for spiritual warfare, renewed devotion, and complete surrender to the call of God.

Drawing from 2 Corinthians 10:3-5 and Ephesians 6:12, this message exposes how the enemy uses deception, habits, and weakness to keep believers bound, and how to walk in total freedom through deliverance, discipline, and devotion.

You’ll learn:

  • Why partial freedom isn’t freedom at all—“We don’t tolerate; we annihilate.”
  • How to tell the difference between a demon, a weakness, and a habit.
  • Why forgiveness and humility are essential for lasting deliverance.
  • How to walk in the authority Christ has already given you.
  • What it means to truly “lock in” and become unrecognizable to the enemy.

Do you realize the authority you carry as a believer? In this powerful sermon, guest preacher Pastor Duane Vander Klok from Resurrection Life Church teaches what it means to live in the victory Christ already won for you. Too many Christians are waiting for God to act when He has already given us authority to resist the devil, walk in dominion, and overcome every scheme of the enemy.

Through scripture, real-life testimonies, and stories of miraculous deliverance, Pastor Duane reveals the difference between believing in Jesus and believing in the name of Jesus - and how that revelation changes everything.

🔥 Key insights from this message:

  • Jesus has already defeated Satan at the cross—your role is to enforce that victory.
  • Authority isn’t automatic; it must be used. God won’t do for you what He’s commanded you to do.
  • Sin doesn’t make God love you less, but it hardens your heart and gives the enemy an open door.
  • Faith in the name of Jesus brings breakthrough, healing, and freedom—because His name is above every name.
  • Every believer carries the same authority as the apostles, because the power is in the name, not the person.

If you’ve ever felt powerless, defeated, or unsure how to stand against spiritual attack, this message will equip you to walk in boldness, resist the devil, and experience the abundant life Jesus promised.

  • Why partial persistence produces only partial victory
  • How to discern distractions and stay focused on the Great Commission
  • The difference between religion that has form but no power, and a life marked by the Holy Spirit
  • Why unity in the body of Christ is the key to defeating the enemy’s plan of division
  • How striking the ground in prayer, obedience, and faith positions you for complete victory

This message is more than a sermon—it’s a prophetic charge to the church to rise, refuse compromise, and keep striking the ground until we see revival sweep across our nation.

In this powerful and prophetic installment of our Rooted series, guest preacher Prophet Jeremiah Johnson delivers a fiery message that calls the church to anchor their faith deeper than ever before. With raw vulnerability and bold authority, he unpacks the sobering truth: many of God’s greatest promises are only unlocked through pressing, persecution, and the fire of testing.

Drawing from Acts 1 and 8, the life of David, and his own personal trials—including his mother’s mental illness and his brother’s incarceration—Jeremiah exposes the myth of a pain-free gospel and calls believers to embrace the process that forges true discipleship.

This message will shake off apathy, strengthen weary hearts, and reignite holy fire in those who feel like their flame has dwindled. If you’ve ever asked why in the middle of the storm, this is the word that will bring clarity and courage.

🔑 Key Takeaways:

  • You can’t fulfill the Great Commission without the power—and the power often comes through pain
  • The anointing may come before the appointing—don't despise the process
  • Persecution purifies, presses, and positions you for purpose
  • Your faith must be rooted in Christ, not your circumstances
  • Don’t curse what God has called you to steward—shine in the darkness

In the opening message of our Rooted series, Pastor Sandra Anderson delivers a bold and deeply convicting word on what it truly means to be rooted and grounded in the local church. This isn’t just about attendance—it’s about maturity, obedience, humility, and fruitfulness.

Preaching from Ephesians 4 and Psalm 92, Pastor Sandra exposes the spiritual danger of being unsubmitted, unaccountable, and easily offended. She challenges the rogue spirit that resists correction and reaffirms God’s design for growth through covenant connection, discipleship, and spiritual authority.

If this word makes you uncomfortable… good. That might be the sign that this is exactly the message God appointed for your next breakthrough.

💥 Key Takeaways:

  • Rooted believers walk in submission, not rebellion.
  • Fruitfulness flows from faithfulness.
  • Accountability isn’t punishment—it’s protection.
  • Serving is not optional for the spiritually mature.
  • The local church is not just a building—it’s your training ground for destiny.

🎧 This is a wake-up call to stop running, plant deep, and let your roots produce real, lasting fruit.

In this explosive and prophetic message, “There Is More,” Prophet Jeremiah Johnson calls the global V1 Church family into fresh encounters with the living God. Drawing from Acts 10 and the life of Peter, he confronts complacency, routine, and religious pride with a resounding invitation: God has more, and it’s time to break through into it.

Peter had already experienced Pentecost, miracles, and revival—but in Acts 10, God shows him that He is not finished. Likewise, Jeremiah declares that we are in a season where eyes haven’t seen, ears haven’t heard, and minds haven’t conceived what God is preparing. This is not just about emotional hype—it’s about personal repentance, spiritual hunger, generational breakthrough, and revival that shakes cities and households.

💥 Key Takeaways:

  • The greatest hindrance to the next move of God is believing you’ve already had it.
  • Many are stuck in routine, but routine will not sustain revival.
  • God often uses offense as the doorway to the “more.”
  • This summer is not for spiritual vacation—it’s for fresh fire, fresh oil, and fresh purpose.
  • V1 Church is being marked as a flashpoint of revival, deliverance, and true discipleship.

This message will provoke you to say yes to Jesus all over again—at a deeper level, with greater fire, and for more than just yourself.

This isn’t just about showing up or doing the bare minimum—it’s about discovering what God planned for you before you were born and multiplying it for His glory.

Pastor Josh reminds us: you don’t earn your calling; you steward it. Every believer has been given unique spiritual gifts to build up the Church, serve others, and advance God’s kingdom. • You have spiritual gifts, given freely by God’s grace.
  • Stewarding your gifts uproots selfishness and releases revival.
  • The Church is not a place to be served but to be sent—you are the minister.

  • Unforgiveness doesn’t protect you; it destroys you.

In this urgent and convicting message, Pastor Evan Wilson exposes the enemy’s strategy to spiritually dismantle men by distorting their God-given identity. Preached with fire and vulnerability, this sermon is a call for men to rise into their rightful roles as protectors, providers, and priests—not predators, parasites, or poison.

From the story of David’s highs and failures, Pastor Evan draws powerful insight: how a man after God's own heart can still fall if he forsakes his role. But redemption is available. Restoration is possible. And a generation of men is rising up.

  • When men fail to protect, provide, or lead in prayer, the enemy gains ground in families and homes.
  • You are either a protector or a predator—there is no neutral.
  • Being a provider isn’t about status or salary—it’s about stewarding what you have "so far as you are able."
  • Without priesthood, even strong men become toxic—learn the five marks of a godly priest in the home.
  • You don’t have to be perfect. You just have to lead your family to the foot of the Cross.

Whether you're a husband, father, single man, or spiritual leader, this message will challenge you to kill the predator, the parasite, and the poison—and take your place as a mighty man of valor in God’s army.

In his final sermon before entering a three-month sabbatical, Apostle Mike Signorelli delivers a deeply prophetic and intensely personal word. This powerful message closes out The Power of the Pause series and sets the tone for a season of rest, restoration, and revival—for both the leader and the church.

Apostle Mike parallels his own journey with that of Jacob: a man marked by struggle, desperation, and ultimately transformation through rest. He declares that while wrestling may win you a name, resting grants you an open heaven. In this word, he challenges the false humility that resists blessing, calls out the fear that keeps us stuck in old garments, and charges the Church to stop wrestling for identity and start resting in sonship.

  • The greatest blessing may come not when you fight, but when you rest.
  • You must go back to Bethel (God’s presence) to go forward in your calling.
  • There is a difference between being childish and being childlike—God is calling you back to your first love.
  • 99% obedience is still 100% disobedience—this is the season to destroy every idol.
  • Don’t build a church around a celebrity pastor; build a circle that faces outward—a people commissioned, not just comforted.

This isn’t just a send-off message—it’s an activation. As Apostle Mike steps into rest, he commissions V1 Church to rise, go, and carry the fire. Expect a transfer. Expect elevation. Expect to see the power of the pause demonstrated like never before.

In this POWERFUL word, Pastor Joey Miranda—Apostle Mike Signorelli’s former youth pastor—delivers a word that will challenge and inspire you to live a life of eternal impact. Preaching from John 15:16, Pastor Joey reminds us that we were chosen and appointed to bear fruit that will last—the kind of fruit that doesn’t expire, that impacts generations, and that glorifies God even after we’re gone.

Through passionate storytelling, biblical insight, and prophetic encouragement, Pastor Joey teaches:

🔹 Why abiding in Christ is the only path to lasting fruit

🔹 How struggles prepare us to carry weighty callings

🔹 What it means to build a legacy of faith in your family and community

🔹 The danger of premature elevation and the beauty of God’s timing

🔹 Why growth happens in the dark before it’s seen in the light

This message is a key part of our ongoing series, “The Power of the Pause,” and will stir your spirit to evaluate what you're sowing today—and who will be fed by it tomorrow.

In this prophetic and practical message, Airplane Mode: God's Rhythm of Work and Rest, Apostle Mike Signorelli exposes the modern trap of constant stimulation and distraction—and calls believers to reclaim God’s sacred rhythm of work and Sabbath rest.

Just like a plane won’t take off without going into airplane mode, your purpose can’t take flight until you pause. Drawing from Scripture, science, and spiritual insight, Apostle Mike teaches that rest isn’t laziness—it’s an act of trust, worship, and preparation.

This sermon will shift your mindset about rest, help you set boundaries with technology, and invite you into deeper intimacy with God—not just in the temple, but at the table.

Key Takeaways:

  • Rest is not optional—it’s part of God’s design and a spiritual discipline.
  • You can’t reap in a season of rest—even good opportunities may be out of alignment.
  • True rest is not escape—it requires preparation and intentionality.
  • Jesus modeled rhythms of preparation, rest, and release before public ministry.
  • The early church grew through both temple worship and breaking bread in homes.
  • Rest restores your nervous system and strengthens your trust in God’s provision.
  • Sabbath isn’t about rules—it’s about relationship and realignment.

In this powerful message, The Sacred Path, V1 Church Executive Pastor Josh Hamstra challenges believers to move beyond mere belief into true discipleship. Following up on last week's Easter message, Pastor Josh breaks down what it means to walk the narrow, sacred path of following Christ—highlighting the difference between believing in Jesus and actually following Him.

Whether you're a new believer or have been saved for decades, this word will reignite your passion for steady, faithful growth in Christ. Pastor Josh exposes the pitfalls of sprinting without wisdom and stalling out in fear—and he calls all of us to a life of consistent, rooted, Spirit-led discipleship through the local church.

Key Takeaways:

  • True salvation leads to a path of active discipleship, not just belief.
  • Sprinters (overzealous believers) risk burnout without wisdom and rootedness.
  • Stallers (hesitant believers) miss out on their God-given purpose through fear and passivity.
  • The sacred path requires steady, faithful growth through the local church community.

This Easter, Apostle Mike Signorelli brings a bold and urgent word you cannot afford to miss. In a world awakening to the reality of Jesus Christ—from college baptisms to major media figures declaring their faith—Apostle Mike reveals that this is more than a season... this is a revival.

But the message doesn’t stop at belief. It demands action.

Drawing from Revelation, Apostle Mike challenges us with the sobering reality of the Book of Life and the lake of fire. Salvation is not about labels, titles, or appearances—it’s about intimacy with God. Do you truly know Him? And more importantly: does He know you?

  • You don't get to write the final chapter of your story—but you can hand over the pen to Jesus.
  • Christianity without discipleship is counterfeit. It's time to walk the narrow road, not the wide one.
  • Our generation’s greatest threat isn’t atheism—it's compromise. False light masquerades as truth.
  • There is a difference between knowing about God and being known by God.
  • Hell wasn't made for you, but rejecting Christ leads there. Choose today whom you will serve.

This message isn't about counting hands—it's about raising up true disciples who will carry the cross, walk the narrow path, and become the generational curse breakers in their families.

👊 Are you ready to be the breaker in your bloodline? Are you ready to surrender fully, to abandon mediocrity, and step into resurrection life?

In this anointed and prophetic message, Pastor Julie Signorelli unpacks what it truly means to carry revival—not just in a church service, but in your everyday life. Preached at the Free Women Collective event in Manhattan, this message confronts the real enemies of revival: discouragement, despair, shame, isolation, and the spiritual assignments of Haman and Herod that aim to kill your destiny at seed form or choke it in maturity.

Revival is not a moment—it’s a movement. It doesn’t live in a building. It lives in the hallway between the breakthrough and the battle, between trauma and triumph. Pastor Julie prophetically calls women into a lifestyle of revival, urging them to not decrease in exile, to birth promises even in the pit, and to war for their inheritance with everything they have.

  • "You are not in exile. You are in the hallway."
  • "Decrease is an enemy of revival."
  • "Herod comes for the seed. Haman comes for the legacy."
  • "Opposition confirms your anointing."
  • "Freedom is offensive—but it’s your inheritance."
  • "The hallway is not your death place—it’s your delivery room."
  • "What the enemy meant for evil, God is turning for good."
  • "You're not dying in trauma. You're not dying in addiction. You’re passing through."

The Greatest Strategy of the Devil Towards Christians | I Love My Church - Week 4 | Pastor Mike Signorelli

www.v1.church

The greatest strategy of the devil toward Christians is isolation. Despite being surrounded by others, many believers feel alone, misunderstood, and disconnected, which can lead to spiritual vulnerability. Unity is essential for overcoming this tactic, urging individuals to congregate rather than isolate. By confessing sins to one another and supporting each other, healing and freedom can be achieved. Throughout the sermon, you'll learn of the importance of community, service, and shared purpose in the body of Christ, and challenges listeners to step beyond personal struggles to embrace their collective calling. We are called to a return to biblical principles and the empowerment of the Holy Spirit to foster true unity and revival within the church.

  • Loneliness and isolation are strategies used by the devil to weaken believers.
  • The remedy to isolation is to congregate and find community within the church.
  • Confessing sins to each other leads to healing, while confessing to God leads to forgiveness.
  • Unity in the church is essential for experiencing the fire and presence of God.
  • The greatest strategy of the devil is not lust or addiction, but isolation.
  • Hedonism and narcissism are cultural downloads that conflict with biblical teachings of selflessness.

In this enlightening podcast episode, we embark on a journey to uncover the mysteries surrounding Satan and delve deep into the biblical narrative that surrounds his origin and fall.We start with a glimpse into Satan's creation as a holy angel, beautifully depicted in Ezekiel 28:12-14, where we learn of his wisdom and perfection in beauty. He was, at one time, an anointed guardian cherub in the presence of God Himself.Isaiah 14:12 introduces us to the possible pre-fall name of Satan, often referred to as "Lucifer" in Latin, signifying the "shining one" or "star of the morning."Satan's fall from grace stemmed from his pride, as conveyed in Isaiah 14:13-14 and Ezekiel 28:15. These passages paint a vivid picture of his rebellion and his audacious desire to exalt himself above God, marked by the infamous "I will" statements.Moving forward, we explore Satan's role as the ruler of this world, citing John 12:31, 2 Corinthians 4:4, and Ephesians 2:2. These verses emphasize how he blinds the minds of unbelievers and influences the course of this world. We further scrutinize Satan's attributes, including his role as an accuser (Revelation 12:10), a tempter (Matthew 4:3, 1 Thessalonians 3:5), and a deceiver (Genesis 3, Revelation 20:3), highlighting his opposition to God and his crafty methods. Our discussion extends into three categories for Satan and demons:Hidden and Strategic Advantage: We explore how atheism and a Christian worldview without a theology of warfare can be strategic advantages for Satan.Revealed, but Counterfeit: We uncover how Satan can disguise himself as an angel of light and how this deception manifests in false religions, occult practices, and witchcraft.Unmasked and Exposed: We share a compelling story of a house visit involving a ghostly encounter and reference 1 John 4:1 and Ephesians 5:11, urging discernment and exposure of spiritual deception. To truly understand the source of our problems, we dissect our created nature, comprising a physical body, a soul, and a spirit. We emphasize the need to crucify the desires of the body, renew the mind, and allow the regenerated spirit to guide us, referencing James 1:21 and Romans 8:9-11.Join us in this thought-provoking exploration of Satan, demons, and the spiritual warfare that shapes our world. Learn how discernment and spiritual transformation can lead us towards a path of righteousness and enlightenment.Tune in now for a captivating discussion that will leave you with a deeper understanding of these complex spiritual concepts.

WEEK 3 | I ❤️ My Church | Pastors Eddie, Randall, Mary, Harvey, & Jesenia by Mike Signorelli

The Church can face significant challenges that hinder its mission. To prevent these pitfalls, it must remain steadfast in its original purpose, foster love and unity, resist worldly influences, uphold sound doctrine, engage in outreach, maintain accountability, and embrace necessary adaptation.

Loses Sight of Its Purpose: The Church's effectiveness diminishes when it strays from its primary purpose of worshiping God, making disciples, and serving others. The Early Church's devotion to these principles exemplified its success.

Fails to Love and Unify: A lack of love, unity, and forgiveness among believers impedes the Church's impact. Jesus emphasized that love for one another is a hallmark of true discipleship, and Ephesians encourages maintaining unity in the Spirit.

Embraces the World’s Values: Compromising biblical principles for worldly values and practices dims the Church's light. Romans 12:2 urges believers not to conform to the world's standards but to be transformed by God's truth.

Neglects Sound Doctrine: Failing to uphold and teach sound biblical doctrine can lead to confusion and doctrinal error within the Church. Second Timothy warns against seeking teachings that suit personal preferences.

Neglects Outreach: An insular focus on internal matters can cause the Church to neglect its mission to reach the lost. The Great Commission in Matthew 28:18-20 underscores the importance of outreach and ministry to others.

Lacks Accountability: A lack of accountability among leaders and members can lead to moral failures and damage the Church's credibility. First Timothy provides guidance on handling accusations within the church.

Fails to Adapt: Resistance to necessary change or failing to adapt to evolving needs can hinder the Church's effectiveness. Embracing change and new opportunities can help the Church thrive.

The Church must remain true to its original purpose, foster love and unity, resist worldly influences, uphold sound doctrine, engage in outreach, maintain accountability, and embrace necessary adaptation to fulfill its mission effectively in today's world.

In a world filled with opinions, emotions, and deceptions, the Church stands as a beacon of truth, accountability, and Holy Spirit boldness. Amidst the allure of celebrity and the shadows of division and anxiety, the Church embodies humility, unity, and freedom. This is the story of the Church, its challenges, its identity, and its leadership.Part 1: The Early Church and Its EvolutionBefore the emergence of the Catholic Church, early Christianity thrived in diverse forms:House Churches: Believers gathered in intimate house churches for worship and fellowship.Local Leadership: Each house church had its own leadership structure, often including elders and deacons.Apostolic Authority: The apostles' teachings were central, and their letters became part of the New Testament.Unity Amid Diversity: Despite theological variations, a core teaching about Jesus Christ united early Christians.Persecution: Roman and Jewish persecution fostered solidarity among believers.Eucharistic Celebrations: Communion symbolized unity in Christ.Growing Organization: As Christianity spread, larger communities and formal structures emerged. The transition to the centralized Catholic Church took centuries, marked by theological debates, councils, and historical events.Part 2: The Church's FailuresThe Church can falter when it:Loses Sight of Its Purpose: Distraction from worship, discipleship, and service diminishes effectiveness.Fails in Love and Unity: A lack of love and forgiveness among believers hinders the Church's impact.Embraces Worldly Values: Compromising biblical principles weakens its witness.Neglects Sound Doctrine: Failure to teach biblical truth leads to doctrinal confusion.Becomes Exclusive: Judgmental attitudes repel seekers.Neglects Outreach: Insularity hampers fulfilling the Great Commission.Lacks Accountability: Leaders' moral failures damage credibility.Fails to Adapt: Resistance to necessary change hinders effectiveness.Prioritizes Tradition Over Truth: Stagnation occurs when tradition overshadows biblical truth.Neglects the Poor and Needy: Failure to care for the marginalized contradicts Christ's teachings.Part 3: Belonging to a ChurchBelonging to a church means:Identification with the Body of Christ: Joining a community of believers following Jesus.Spiritual Family: Becoming part of a spiritual family for mutual growth.Accountability: Committing to support and be accountable to fellow believers.Participation: Actively engaging in church life.Spiritual Growth: Prioritizing personal and collective spiritual growth.Worship and Service: Joining in worship, service, and the Great Commission.Community and Fellowship: Finding support and fellowship.Stewardship: Giving time, talents, and resources.Alignment with Church Beliefs: Agreeing with church teachings.A Spiritual Journey: Growing in faith and discipleship with fellow believers.Part 4: The Church's LeadershipThe Church is led by:Jesus Christ: Recognized as the Head and ultimate authority.Apostles: Their teachings guide the early Church.Shepherds / Elders: Local leaders who shepherd and oversee the flock.Under-Shepherds: Those who follow Christ's example.Siblings: A reminder of the familial bond among believers. Conclusion:The Church, despite its imperfections, remains a powerful force for good when it aligns with its divine purpose, overcomes its failures, welcomes believers into a spiritual family, and follows Christ's leadership. Just as intertwined roots support towering redwoods, the Church's strength lies in unity, guided by the unchanging love of its Head, Jesus Christ.

Comparison says “What they’ve got is more important than what you have”

The 5 lies of Comparison: You’re not good enough “The Lord your God is with you, he is mighty to save. He will take great delight in you, he will quiet you with his love, he will rejoice over you with singing.” Zephaniah 3:17 You don’t have enough money They don’t have money either! You should already be successful You’re too dysfunctional No one understands you

Collaboration Kills Comparison Comparison will have you hating the people God called to help you Comparison will have you Other people liking you is a bonus. You liking you is the prize.

Analogy of birth —can’t do it for you, but will be there with you.

God says: I am His child (John 1:12). I am His beloved son or daughter (Galatians 3:26). I am deeply cherished and loved (Romans 5:8). I am completely forgiven (1 John 1:9). I have been made new (2 Corinthians 5:17). I have been bought with a price and I belong to God (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). I am free from any condemning charges against me (Romans 8:1-2, 31-34). I have been established, anointed and sealed by God (2 Corinthians 1:21-22). I am God’s work of art, created for good works (Ephesians 2:10). I am the salt of the earth and the light of the world (Matthew 5:13-14). I have been chosen and appointed by God to bear fruit (John 15:16). I am God’s coworker (2 Corinthians 6:1)

Analogy: If you go underwater in a pool and breathe in and out, you are doing all the right things to take in oxygen to survive, but you are in the wrong environment. Explained: without true fathers, we are all breathing underwater. Fatherhood is the oxygen of identity

Don’t believe me? Let’s look at the effects of fatherlessness. from the U.S. Department of Justice, children from fatherless homes account for:

  • Suicide: 63 percent of youth suicides
  • Runaways: 90 percent of all homeless and runaway youths
  • Behavioral Disorders: 85 percent of all children that exhibit behavioral disorders
  • High School Dropouts: 71 percent of all high school dropouts
  • Juvenile Detention Rates: 70 percent of juveniles in state-operated institutions
  • Substance Abuse: 75 percent of adolescent patients in substance abuse centers
  • Aggression: 75 percent of rapists motivated by displaced anger

Fathers rename the pain

GENESIS 35:16-18 Then they journeyed from Bethel. When they were still some distance from Ephrath, Rachel went into labor, and she had hard labor. And when her labor was at its hardest, the midwife said to her, “Do not fear, for you have another son.” And as her soul was departing (for she was dying), she called his name Ben-oni; but his father called him Benjamin.

Ben-oni means son of my struggle and pain Ben-jamin SON OF MY STRENGTH

Fathers discipline whining, but always respond to crying

MARK 14:36 And he said, “Abba, Father, all things are possible for you. Remove this cup from me. Yet not what I will, but what you will.” Jesus couldn’t get to the cross without ABBA Father. You’re not going to fulfill your destiny with “God”... in the last stages of pain, when you want to quit it all, only ABBA Father can empower you.

Fathers love makes legacy GALATIANS 4:6 And because you are sons, God has sent the Spirit of his Son into our hearts, crying, “Abba! Father!” So you are no longer a slave, but a son, and if a son, then an heir through God.

Heirs = inheritance What have you inherited? Genetically HALF of it came through your father

Jesus how do we pray? OUR FATHER

That makes us brothers and sisters. The world cannot get the revelation of brother and sister until we first get the revelation of ABBA FATHER.

The Jesus Way: Reconciliation, Not Revenge Episode 2

There’s such a fatigue right now. Such a collective tiredness.

They that WAIT upon the Lord. We’re waiting on politics. Waiting on

Isaiah 40:31 - But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.

Are you primarily waiting on politics? Are you primarily waiting on people? Or are you waiting on God first, believing that He will bring sustainable change?

We are a kingdom citizen first and eternally. We are citizens of our countries second and eternally.

Psalm 133 1 How good and pleasant it is when brothers live together in unity! It is like precious oil poured on the head, running down on the beard, running down on Aaron's beard, down upon the collar of his robes.

Important Question: Do you want revenge or reconciliation?

An encounter with God will always confront parts of your identity that are not like Him.

1 Peter 3:8 8 Finally, all of you, have unity of mind, sympathy, brotherly love, a tender heart, and a humble mind.

Series: The Jesus Way Title: We Journey Like Jesus

John 14:5-15

5Thomas said to him, “Lord, we do not know where you are going. How can we know the way?” 6Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. 7If you had known me, you would have known my Father also.d From now on you do know him and have seen him.” 8Philip said to him, “Lord, show us the Father, and it is enough for us.” 9Jesus said to him, “Have I been with you so long, and you still do not know me, Philip? Whoever has seen me has seen the Father. How can you say, ‘Show us the Father’? 10Do you not believe that I am in the Father and the Father is in me? The words that I say to you I do not speak on my own authority, but the Father who dwells in me does his works. 11Believe me that I am in the Father and the Father is in me, or else believe on account of the works themselves. 12“Truly, truly, I say to you, whoever believes in me will also do the works that I do; and greater works than these will he do, because I am going to the Father. 13Whatever you ask in my name, this I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. 14If you ask mee anything in my name, I will do it.

Who is Jesus? He wasn’t white, he was a brown skinned-middle eastern Jew born to a working class family. He never owned a home. Never got a college degree. But Jesus was God’s level of listening and responding to humanity.

Jesus was born in a part of the world that touches Africa, Asia, and Europe. He wasn’t a white man like me.

Don’t ever say it’s a white man’s religion. It’s a world’s religion because Jesus belongs to the world!

COMPASSION WITHOUT ACTION IS ONLY OBSERVATION

God refused to observe, he stepped into our world to take action against sin!

1st Century Complexities: Roman occupation, Racial Tension, they would abuse the Jewish people and misuse their authority Classism, people struggling financially, broken social systems Jewish tax collectors who betrayed their own people, and temples that swindled people on the conversion to purchase necessary items Samaritans living in close proximity, you’re not supposed to interact with “those people” Leprosy running rampant, the only solution for leprosy is social distancing

In the midst of the complexities Jesus is God’s level of listening. I heard your cry for an answer---Here is the way

2,000 years later:

21st Century Complexities: It’s no longer leprosy, it’s COVID 19, Social Distancing and an on going, global pandemic Meanwhile, large scale protest that can potentially spread the disease Meanwhile, riots and looting breakout, Meanwhile reports of outsiders, ANTIFA and others infiltrating the riots

In the midst of the complexities Jesus has released His spirit into you and me,and now we must show the world the Jesus Way!

When you meet the person, you get the full plan Jesus is the person, HE IS the plan. You can abolish laws, but only Jesus can truly reform the human heart. Where there are Fathers, there is no true failure Fathers are present even if they’re not perfect. Jesus said, OUR FATHER. If he could teach them to deal with the complexities of life by journeying with a father 1 John 4:18 “There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made perfect in love.” Many Pastors afraid to talk, but we aren’t speech writers, we are called to be spiritual fathers We love because we are loved John 1:10-13 10He was in the world, and the world was made through him, yet the world did not know him. 11He came to his own,b and his own peoplec did not receive him. 12But to all who did receive him, who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God, 13who were born, not of blood nor of the will of the flesh nor of the will of man, but of God.

“The closer the people of all races get to Christ and His cross, the closer they will get to one another.” —Billy Graham

Notes:

Series: Do Nothing Sermon Title: Abide | 7 Daily Practices for God’s Presence John 15:1-27 “I am the true vine, and my Father is the vinedresser. Every branch in me that does not bear fruit he takes away, and every branch that does bear fruit he prunes, that it may bear more fruit. Already you are clean because of the word that I have spoken to you. Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit by itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in me. I am the vine; you are the branches. Whoever abides in me and I in him, he it is that bears much fruit, for apart from me you can do nothing.

RULE OF LIFE Defined: A schedule and set of practices and relational rhythms that make space for ABIDING in Christ.

Life is both: Structure and Spontaneity Chaos and Order

As the chaos of our lives and society increases, our structure should increase in response.

Analogy: The lattice supports the vine. The vine grows in alignment with the structure of the lattice, therefore, more fruit is produced. We need daily ritual and rhythm that serves as the structure by which the vine grows up the lattice. This is so practical it becomes profound. This is so normal, yet it produces the space necessary for the supernatural.

CHURCH WIDE RULE OF LIFE PROTOCOL To move from chaos to order To move from isolation to abiding

7 Daily Practices

Start the day in quiet and scripture reading BEFORE you start the say Start a ritual of gratitude: writing down three things you are grateful for in the morning, then discussing it around the dinner table in the evening. Exercise or go for a walk - “don’t go back up into your head, go down into your body!” Create a daily focal practice: something that draws your attention to the moment: chess, walking gardening, intimacy with your spouse Have a relational touch point: reach out to someone daily Limit intake of news to 1-2 times a day. Schedule it, and do not over consume. Limit screen time and “escapist behaviors” - alcohol, sugar, social media

3 weekly practices:

Show up at 7pm or 7am for prayer on @v1church Instagram once a week Virtual Community touchpoint once a week in a Connect Group Practice Sabbath once a week, with intentional worship time during a V1 Church service

LEADER GUIDE Theme for group discussion Rituals and Relational Rhythms that create space for abiding

Example Questions: Envision yourself installing all 7 daily practices into the structure of your life. What are some specific ways it would enrich your life? Your marriage? Your experience single? What is a specific “focal practice” that you have lost touch with? Is it a sport you used to play? A hobby? Deeper Discussion: Pastor Mike mentioned that when pressure is applied it reveals the cracks in the foundations of our lives. We often attempt to remove the pressure by “escapist behaviors” rather than fill the cracks. What escapist behaviors do you tend to struggle with? Why?

The Center for Bible Engagement surveyed more than 400,000 people around the world to discover what is the difference between those who own a bible and read it vs those who don’t…

Someone who engages the Bible 4 or more times a week is: 228% more likely to share faith with others 407% more likely to memorize scripture 59% less likely to view pornography 30% less likely to struggle with loneliness

SO WHAT IS THE BIBLE THEN? The Bible is the account of God’s action in the world, and his purpose with all creation. The writing of the Bible took place over sixteen centuries and is the work of over forty human authors. It is quite an amazing collection of 66 books with very different styles, all containing the message God desires us to have. Yes, various human authors wrote it–but behind them was another Author: the Spirit of God. Even when they weren’t fully aware of it, God was guiding them so that what they wrote wasn’t just their own words, but God’s Word. The apostle Peter wrote, “No prophecy of Scripture came about by the prophet’s own interpretation. For prophecy never had its origin in the will of man, but men spoke from God as they were carried along by the Holy Spirit” (2 Peter 1:20-21). God wanted to speak to us in words we can understand–and the Bible contains those words.

They don’t see you as a person, they see you as an opportunity. They don’t love you for you, they love you for what they can take from you. They’re not loyal to you; they’re loyal to the benefits that come from being with you. That’s why they never show up, no matter how many times you showed up for them. That’s why they’ll never help, no matter how many times you help them. Stop breaking your back for people who clearly never had yours’! Stop taking punches for people who wouldn’t take a punch for you. Stop keeping people in your boat who aren’t rowing with you. Healthy Souls Ask. Healthy Souls Seek. Healthy Souls Knock.

View Details

How do you come out and admit/express that your Soul needs help? How is your soul helped?

ANSWER: Having a healthy soul isn’t just about all the “things you do,” but the people you’re surrounded with and submitted to.

1 Corinthians 16:6-7

Paul surrendered even the small elements of his daily life. He really let go. He didn’t hold on tight and try to control every element. Our tendency is to control, but it’s an illusion. Jesus is in control.

Even in Paul’s writings, he kept saying, “IF the Lord wills”…

1 Peter 5:6-7 I surrendered my life to you. I trust in you. This is an awesome, SANE place to live.

1 Cor 16:17-20 In one paragraph, Paul lists SEVERAL friends. He was so inundated with like-minded people that he named them off. Paul didn’t lose his way because he was surrounded by people who would let him!

The truth is, it’s not about DOING a ton of amazing things, but being surrounded by an amazing community called V1 Church.

Maybe you’re saying, “I don’t have all these friends….”

Proverbs 18:1 A man who isolates, rages against all wise counsel.

The only way to resist isolation is to have the awkward “hello” and the awkward, “my name is”….social settings are hard, and can get harder as you get older…but there’s a God you can trust, and he’s with you, and he’s going to surround you with people who genuinely love you.

Matthew 16:18 I will build my COMMUNITY, my SPIRITUAL FAMILY and not even the gates of hell will prevail against it.

Prayer for you: I can identify that there’s an area in my life where I can extend myself. I’m going to take my step. We believe that your soul will be so encouraged as you yield to God and surround yourself with people who are yielded to God as well.

Maybe you’re asking, what’s really my purpose, and why am I sucking oxygen here on planet earth?!

Psalms 42 and 43 speaks to that circumstance. I take incredible encouragement that God decided to put in His divine manuscript, this book that will guide humanity - an extreme emotional up and down.

He saw it fit to put this emotional, gritty song in the middle of the book. “Why are you so disquieted within me?”

Then the artist goes on to TALK TO HIMSELF/ Have you ever talked to yourself? We spend entirely too much time listening to ourselves and not enough time talking to ourselves!

If the enemy can’t get you to stop fighting, he will distract you with the wrong fight!

Josiah shows us the influence a person can have on the world even at a very young age. But his story is also a cautionary tale of how a lifetime of godliness can be scathed by choosing to fight the wrong battles. Josiah’s life came to a tragic end by one ill-advised campaign and reckless decision. As he went out in haste to meet King Neco of Egypt, Josiah found himself picking the wrong fight. Neco told Josiah that he wasn’t interested in war with him, and to “Cease opposing God, who is with me, lest he destroy you.” Yet Josiah persisted and was fatally wounded in the battle at Megiddo. Josiah’s life came to an end while fighting the wrong battle.

  1. What is my message about?

The way out of default mode = the things we do to save ourselves that actually break ourselves, is through surrender to the course.

Put down everything except the cross. Surrender to the Course!

2.Why is it important?

What’s at Stake:

In seeking pleasure, you’re making more pain!

You have to choose the pain of change over the pain of the same.

Surrender to the Course!

  1. What should you do?

I want you to identify areas of your life that you need to surrender. The cross WAS the action. Jesus could have felt so powerless - “it’s what they’re doing to me.” But it was HIS CHOICE to lay His life down.

  1. Leave with this idea:

Default Mode is Survival Mode gone defective.

Surrender is true Survival.

Matthew 16:16-18

13When Jesus came to the region of Caesarea Philippi, he asked his disciples, “Who do people say the Son of Man is?”

There were more than just the 12 disciples counted among the disciples. I guess when you throw all your Brooks Brothers outfits in the garbage to follow a man...this is a good question one.

14They replied, “Some say John the Baptist; others say Elijah; and still others, Jeremiah or one of the prophets.”

Who is they “they”....the they are fans of Jesus. Podcast junkies, Instagram Quote fiends. They’re not following Jesus because of what they can do for the Church, they need that inspirational talk Jesus brings because of what it does for them!

Jesus was looking for followers with unoffendable hearts. He knew who was going to SELL OUT and who was going to COP OUT.

15“But what about you?” he asked. “Who do you say I am?”

Now this is important: if Jesus asked you, “who do you say I am?” I mean, depending on where you’re at with this whole church thing, you might be wondering why we raised our hands during worship...like are they all practicing for a trip to six flags great america? Are they all practicing getting arrested?

Holy Spirit should be dialoguing with you while I’m preaching. There’s an interaction that takes place. This is how the foolishness of preaching produces salvation. While I’m talking the Holy Spirit is speaking to the diseased part of your heart - the chamber of confidence!

16Simon Peter answered, “You are the Messiah, the Son of the living God.” 17Jesus replied, “Blessed are you, Simon son of Jonah, for this was not revealed to you by flesh and blood, but by my Father in heaven. 18 And I tell you that you are Peter, and on this rock I will build my church, and the gates of Hades will not overcome it.

The way you will come to know Jesus is that Spirit of the living God will begin to dialogue internally with you. He’s dealing with issues of your heart even now.

In this Episode: Three things offense produces.

  1. Character produces competition. They don’t want to do right, but they want to be perceived as right. Just because they’re mad doesn’t mean they’re right.

  2. Dreams produce division People aren’t intimidated by dreamers, they’re offended by doers. Your dream isn’t safe with everyone. You’ll only be as big as the amount of hate you can tolerate.

  3. Talking will produce the root of transgression Transgression means to go beyond the boundaries. Fences and Guardrails aren’t for decoration, they’re for protection. Proverbs 21:23 Those who guard their mouths and their tongues keep themselves from calamity. Guards their SOUL from distress, anguish HEBREW De-stress by talking less and praying more. Talk to God.

Offense is the (false) belief that holding a grudge helps you and enacts revenge on the offender.

Offense is the surprise brought on by the expectancy that people will never hurt you. Offense is misguided expectation.

Offense is the stethoscope for identity disease of the heart.

Hebrews 11:1-2 The fundamental fact of existence is that this trust in God, this faith, is the firm foundation under everything that makes life worth living. It’s our handle on what we can’t see. The act of faith is what distinguished our ancestors, set them above the crowd.

How you deal with the unseen is connected. A God you can’t see... what about a future you can’t see either?

Do you speak to it?

Faith for a Heavenly Father Faith for a Heavenly Future

How you deal with people's’ opinions - I can’t believe you go to church, believe in God... they’re not going to believe in your UNSEEN future either.

Christian atheists Don’t have a God problem, they have a Church problem. Senses there’s something more, but accepts there’s nothing at all

Colossians 1:18-20 15-18 We look at this Son and see the God who cannot be seen. We look at this Son and see God’s original purpose in everything created. For everything, absolutely everything, above and below, visible and invisible, rank after rank after rank of angels—everything got started in him and finds its purpose in him. He was there before any of it came into existence and holds it all together right up to this moment. And when it comes to the church, he organizes and holds it together, like a head does a body.

I love Jesus, but I don’t like the church = “I like you, but can’t stand your wife.”

  1. Desire without process will destroy you. Desire without process will take you far away from home.
  2. Never mix seasonal people with lifetime expectations. “May the bridges I burn light the way home.” Some people aren’t loyal to you...they’re loyal to their NEED for you...once their need changes, so does their loyalty. Many times, friends can’t support you publicly because of how they’ve spoken about you privately. Why are you afraid to lose people that aren’t even yours’? Stop holding on to people who keep letting you GO. When people are two-faced...just know you can’t trust either one of their faces.
  3. While you’re rehearsing your homecoming prayer, God is already preparing the homecoming celebration!
  4. You’ll never be able to celebrate your identity while you’re striving for identity.

Trusting is a very hard thing to do.

They had a relationship TO Christ, but not WITH Him. Sometimes the storm has to be really bad - you have to travel into the epicenter of the fear to realize you have a relationship TO him, but not WITH HIM….because relationships take TRUST. Their fear was the result of the acknowledging the end of their ability. They were skilled at navigating the seas - they had no doubt been in rough waters many times. But as the wind and waves crashed round about them, there was a collective realization: This is beyond us. Have you been in a situation “beyond you”?

They came to the realization - He’s in the boat. We have a relationship TO him, but not with him. Every chance to build trust is an opportunity

Trust: choosing to make something important to you vulnerable to the actions of someone else.

Distrust: what I have shared with you that is important to me is not safe with you.

The disciples in the boat chose to come to Jesus - we know we are experts at sea…we are men who drunk, cuss, fart, and smoke… but we are so vulnerable, we feel like we’re going to die. Jesus rebuked and rescued.

He’s not ok with you not trusting Him. He’s always made a way. Might not have looked like you wanted it to look, but I’ve always rescued you. As you make yourself vulnerative - He will make it a safe place to speak with him. Safe doesn’t make your feelings valid excuses.

2 Cor. 1:8-11 We don’t want you in the dark, friends, about how hard it was when all this came down on us in Asia province. It was so bad we didn’t think we were going to make it. We felt like we’d been sent to death row, that it was all over for us. As it turned out, it was the best thing that could have happened. Instead of trusting in our own strength or wits to get out of it, we were forced to trust God totally—not a bad idea since he’s the God who raises the dead! And he did it, rescued us from certain doom. And he’ll do it again, rescuing us as many times as we need rescuing.

We started to trust God. Discovered in the moment of trust Julie was going to lose the very thing she was going to hold on to if she tried to.

To trust means to LET GO. You may lose the thing you’re desperately trying to hold on to.

Maya Angelo “I don’t trust people who don’t love themselves, but say I love you.” She quotes an African proverb when she says that “Beware the naked man offering you a shirt.”

If you find yourself lacking in trust is to examine yourself. We cannot ask people to give to us something we do not believe we are worthy of receiving.

There are people who will try to tell you how to get to your destiny. If those disciples would have not just acknowledge that not only was Jesus present in the boat, but He already said they were going to do ALL He did and greater.

We are waiting for Jesus to step in to do it. But

I don’t trust people who don’t love themselves, but say I love you. The naked man offering you a shirt.

If you want trust, trust God.

Every opportunity to build trust is an opportunity to betray.

2 Cor. 1:8 As it turned out, it was the best thing that could have happened. Instead of trusting in our own strength or wits to get out of it, we were forced to trust God totally—not a bad idea since he’s the God who raises the dead!

I don’t know your situation, but it’s an opportunity not for betrayal because God cannot betray you...it’s an opportunity for healing.

Last week we talked about three lies you believe about relationships. True Love is not an emotion you feel, it’s an act of the will….which is why you don’t base a relationship off of the feeling of love. You don’t make love by making feelings, you make love by making choices. The point of relationship isn’t to meet your needs. If you serve yourself, ultimately, you will only be left with yourself. God can refurbish your future because a defect doesn’t change your value. You are WORTH THE WORK.

Proverbs 4:7 7 The beginning of wisdom is this: Get wisdom. Though it cost all you have, get understanding.
