In today's solocast I share some of my thoughts about "falling in love with the process'. What process exactly? Well it's a culmination of many things. It's my morning routine , the habits and strategies that I use to create the life that I'm excited to live. Engaging with Creative Self Realization boils down to choices. Becoming aware of what I put in my body and quality of information that I take in. From deciding on what I'm willing to invest time and resources into - to setting my alarm at a specific time, all of it matters. There's no perfect formula or one size fits all to self improvement, but we can make the choice make positive changes in our life that can support us long term. In todays episode I share with you my Monday rising routine and some of the healthy habits I've been experimenting with over the last couple of weeks. I've realized that when I have a holistic view of life, I tend not to get too fixated on individual moments - making me less judgmental and  ceasing to compare myself to a society driven standard for men.  I also share with you the details of my next Meditation Workshop - For Growing Men, ehich will be from October 25-29. I wanted to create a mindful space designed specifically for men to explore the dynamic ranges of emotional energy that may not get an opportunity to be expressed.  5 consecutive days of meditation will be supported by monologue and group discussions. If you or anyone you know is interested in participating in this Meditation Workshop (October 25-29)  please reach out to me on instagram @aaronrobinson or you can sign up at the link in my bio.

When you open yourself up to the world, the Universe has a way of meeting you halfway. Traveling is my preferred modality of stepping into this exchange.  One night in Oaxaca my brother and I were heading to the bar around the corner from our hotel called Txalaparta. We arrived at the front door at the same time as this young good looking couple. We introduced ourselves and subsequently spent the rest of the night vibin' and sharing our passions with one another. Inspired by our conversation and recognizing this opportunity to Live My Own Dharma - I asked the gentleman if he wanted to be on my podcast. He was more than happy to sit down and share his story. I am excited and honored to bring you this conversation with the Young & Distinguised - Semi Cole.

Some of you may know that a lot of who we are today is a culmination of learned behaviors from childhood.  Issues of self worth, security,  fear, love, survival and identity are mostly programmed by our parents, friends, society and environment. I've found that when doing our spiritual work,  there are no shortcuts around the often times painful contents of our past. To break free of the illusions that continue to show up in our lives as challenges we must be honest with ourselves and not rush the process - for awareness grows through the depth of our commitment to practice.

In today’s solo cast I let you in on my personal experience of intentional healing with Mother Nature.  I know a lot of people go through hardships in life and sometimes we don’t know how to cope with emotions like grief. My brother Ryan and I lost our mother 3 years ago to breast cancer.  I want to share with you how I chose to honor her life and continue her legacy by taking time to reflect, process and transmute the pain of loss into inner knowing and a deep love and respect for nature. I've found that the line of communication with the divine is always open and welcoming when we go into these interactions with respect and reverence. This episode was recorded on 6/25/2020 while camping alone at Timothy Lake, about an hour and a half outside of Portland.

He takes us on a journey of landing his first record deal and navigating the music industry as a newly independent artist. We start off this episode with Rahn Harper’s latest single entitled Listen. It’s an entire vibe that should be added to your rotation with the quickness. I am so grateful that I got this opportunity to not only connect with Rahn, but to dive into his song writing process and discuss his evolution as an artist.  Thank you all for taking the time to ‘Listen’ - and if you enjoy this episode, make sure to share it with a friend!

On this special episode of Opening Presence I have a conversation with my great friend Steph Montoya. She has a wealth of knowledge and has the ability to breakdown complex ideas and consolidate them into digestible and actionable items. What also makes this episode so great is that this conversation is no different than any conversation we have. Extremely introspective, engaged and supporting of our life’s purpose.

In this episode of Opening Presence I sit down with my good friend Anthony Taylor and we talk about his debut gallery showing entitled 'Ain't No Saint' - A story told through photography and design.  We dive deep into his process and the message he instills within the very thread of this multi-di masterpiece. Below is a little taste of the story arc which was written by Terrence Watson and his mother Toni Watson.

Toni Watson: As a parent, you're constantly swatting objects away for your kid. You would take an arrow for them, but when you shoot back, it's to kill. So your objective is to protect them and let everyone know not this one!
