In 2011, Rebecca Zahau was watching her boyfriend's son when a horrible incident occurred resulting in the son's eventual death. Then, while only Rebecca and her boyfriend's brother were home, Rebecca would be found dead. She was hanging from her balcony, naked and bound at the hand and feet. Police said she was so distraught over the son she ended her own life, but is there enough evidence--or lack of evidence-- to indicate her death was actually murder?

Episode #98 // The Christus Hospital Serial Killer  

In 2017, patients in the cardiovascular ICU of Christus hospital had a sudden increase in severe strokes, and death. Strangely, all the strokes were caused by air emboli, a rare and unusual cause. Administration weren't sure if this was negligence, incompetence or worse, murder. But all these victims had one thing in common: the last person to be in each and everyone of their rooms minutes before their symptoms would begin. That person was a well-liked nurse, William Davis.

Episode #97 // The Case Against Tevin Biles-Thomas  

In 2018, Tevin Biles-Thomas attended a New Years Eve party at an AirBnB in Cleveland. At the time, he was most well known for being the brother of Olympic gymnast Simone Biles.  What started as a fun party to celebrate a new year would end in violence. A gunman would unleash onto the party, killing 23-year-old Devaughn Gibson, 19-year-old Delvaunte Johnson, and 21-year-old Toshon Banks. Two other people were injured but survived their injuries. Despite being named the only suspect in the case, Tevin Biles-Thomas would stand trial twice, but would eventually walk free.

Episode #20 // Dalia Dippolito and the attempted murder of Michael Dippolito

In August 2009, Dalia Dippolito's worst nightmare would come true. On that morning, she had gone to the gym, but she got a message from a weird number. She listened to the voicemail. It was man’s voice, telling her something was wrong at her condo and she needed to get home right away. Soon after, Dalia would arrive home. The condo was surrounded by police cars, and police tape, and investigators combing the area. Dalia tried to get inside her condo, but police wouldn’t let her inside. They broke the news to her that they’re had been a shooting, and her husband hadn’t made it. Dalia immediately broke into hysterics. Police were unable to console her, so they just lead her to a car, and take her down to the station to get her statement. But there at the police station, Dalia would not be able to believe her eyes, when she sees Michael, alive and well. Dalia would be charged with the murder for hire of her husband of less than 6 months.

Episode #18 // The Murder of Danyelle Osborne

It was Halloween, 2005. 26-year-old Danyelle Osborne and her 28-year-old husband Robert Osborne of Gibson City, Illinois, took their 4 kids to a Halloween party. Friends noticed that things seemed tense between Danyelle and her husband. Things had actually been tense for a while between the couple who had married in 1999. They were actually separated. Danyelle was dating a new man, and Robert was set to move out of the family home in the upcoming weeks. After the party the couple went back to their family home. Robert left their home around 10pm to visit with some friends in Mahomet, a small town about 25 minutes from Gibson City. He claims before he left the house that night, was the last time he saw his wife Danyelle alive.
