Don’t compromise so much to accommodate other people and let you suffer. For me whenever am not met half way I immediately feel neglected. It triggers a lot of issues I am yet to deal with. Unfortunately I now choose not to stay where my mental health is affected in any way.
Insecurities can get the better of us right? True, but it does not have to be that way. Dealing with anything that is a stronghold is somehow healing from me and always results in me breaking free.
