"Just reflect on how it felt to talk to me."
The one word that I would use to describe Dara would be rich - rich in soul, rich in emotions, rich in nature, rich in perspective, and rich in wonder. Dara felt propelled by questions about life's mysteries and decided to pave a path of her own to explore her curiosity.
Dara is a caller of freedom and liberation, but on paper, she is a trained Sociologist (Ph.D.), Developmental Coach, Integral Facilitator, Critical Theorist (M.A.), and Usui Reiki Master. She invites people to a greater lifestyle of ease by connecting with their inner self and reflecting on their problems and feelings, which inherently leads to its solution.
In today's talk, we discussed some crucial points on being there for people when they need you, inviting others to self-reflection, and what self intimacy is. We even recreated a hypothetical scenario of me being a client and how Dara would persuade me to take up therapy.
If you love talks about reflections, perspectives, and how to deal with your emotions, then this one's for you!

A very high percentage of startups fail I have seen people leap into entrepreneurship with the only goal of attaining personal wealth. The most successful entrepreneurs are not motivated by money. It’s about the value, the way of life, the change, the identity, the help. It is a calling. It's about scratching the itch that just won’t go away. It’s about knowing that you are here to fix the problems.
That's what motivated our next guest to start his own startup so that he can help the job seekers who are extremely talented but still don't get hired. He has become so successful that now he founded 3 companies that are doing so well Let's welcome Lonnie McRorey.

Interviewed one of the most inspiring human today. He has been generous enough to talk about his life, personal and professional with no filters, so that every time you and I feel like giving up, we hold on. We hold on for what we are yet to discover, learn, and live. His story will genuinely change your perception of life, failures, suicide, and success. The man of honor, Manuel De Vits. He is a 50 year old man whose life has been a rollercoaster ride. So many ups and downs, but anyhow, it's all been worth it.
Manuel belongs from a middle-class family, whose parents worked hard to meet the ends of their lives. He has seen what struggle is from a very young age and never took life or money for granted. His parents struggled to earn and save the whole year, to have basic family vacations. Growing up, his parents dreamt of having him do his diploma from a reputed university. So that's what Manuel did. Without having to explore life much, he ended up doing what the crowd is bound to do, he joined the university and decided to get his diploma in political science. It took him one year into it to realize that it's not his thing. It had nothing to do with the classes or the university. It was just the vibe, aura, and the mindset of the people around him that made him realize that he's not meant to be here. He dropped out after a year and decided to start working.
Manuel started from scratch, explored the world, found out his talents, believed in himself, and eventually did what he loved. His passion and talent were making sales, and he was the best at it. Life got better as his hard work and dedication knew no limits. He soon became the best B2B sales agent in the city. It was perfect. He had a beautiful wife, two lovely daughters, one own big house, lots of professionalism, and a successful life.
Problems started in his personal life. He got divorced. He was heartbroken. He lost everything. His wife, his two daughters, his house, his confidence... Everything went off. He had a girlfriend, his only hope, and eventually, he lost her too. He felt like a loser. He had nothing to wake up to, nowhere to go, no one to talk to. He decided to end his life. He wanted to jump off into the water by the bridge. He drove to the bridge. He stood there, all fixed feelings, collected the courage to jump, closed his eyes... and his phone rang.
As dramatic as it can get, but God always has his way out for you. It was his friend. THE LIFE CHANGING PHONE CALL. The friend asked him to come over, Manuel repeatedly denied but the friend somehow convinced him. He decided to postpone his suicide by 24 hrs. He went to his friend's place, where 3 of his most genuine friends awaited him. They calmed him down, made him comfortable, and this is when he decided to talk to them openly about everything that's going on in his head. That night, Manuel gave his life a new meaning. He had three beautiful friends who were ready to go out of their way to save his life. They offered him home and a lot of peace. Manuel stayed with them. Often, he felt like giving up, lost, and confused. However, his friends never left him alone. They made him believe in love and life again.
Eventually, he felt confident again. Now he wanted to fix things with his girlfriend. She was that puzzle of his heart that needed to be solved to be happy again. He left everything he used to, on average, make 7,000-8,000 pounds per month. He moved to his girlfriend's city. He started from a job that gave him 200 dollars a month. His ignited love again, in his girlfriend's heart. Soon, they got married. He grew professionally; he cracked big projects that his boss was overloaded and had to expand.
Today Manuel has a happy family. He's on top again. This time it's higher.
