About Justin-Lee Schultz
Born in Johannesburg, South Africa and based in Durham, NC, musical wonder-kid Justin Lee Schultz is the good news you did not even know you needed. He is joy personified. The multi-instrumental wizard who has dazzled audiences on TV shows Harry, Little Big Shots and American’s Most Musical Family, is a prodigy in the fashion of his idols Stevie Wonder and Herbie Hancock. His talent is exceptional not merely because he is young but also due to his melodic, harmonic and technical maturation. While his peers are learning the latest Tik Tok dances and amassing kills on Fortnite, Justin prefers studio time and woodshedding for hours. While social distancing has most people jamming at home with their families, Justin has literally been jamming with his musician father and bassist Julius and 16-year-old sister and drummer Jamie-Leigh. “Music brings me joy because I can express myself when I play. I can also get creative when I’m improvising,” shares the amiable, cherub faced and charismatic 13-year old who has aspirations to one day share the stage with Wonder and Herbie Hancock, as well as Bruno Mars, Charlie Puth, Jacob Collier, Cory Henry and Robert Glasper. Justin, who plays piano, guitar, bass guitar and talkbox, devotes five to seven hours each day to his musical craft. His anticipated Shanachie Entertainment debut will be released November 2020.

GFM's The Love Man profiles the song "What 'Cha Gonna Do For Me" written by Ned Doheny and Hamish Stuart. The song was first released by the Average White Band on their 1980 album "Shine" followed shortly in them Spring of '81 by Chaka's version and album of the same name.
Description: March 29, 2020 is the one year anniversary of the Batdance Symposium (#Batdance30ATL) in Atlanta, GA, at Spelman College. This is the shortest Prince podcast that we have ever released, but it is because it was part of another podcast recording where GFM's Loveman, The Ricker, and DJ Polished Solid were joined by Harold Pride, and Jason Orr to discuss our thoughts about the symposium. This was recorded on May 23, 2019. The rest of that podcast will be released from Polished Solid's vault as soon as humanly possible. So this is also a bit of a teaser of the podcast proper. GFM's Inside The Album Podcast: The Black Album
GFM’s Loveman, The Ricker, and DJ Polished Solid are joined by Prince Scholars, Zaheer Ali, Miles Marshall Lewis & Harold Pride, to discuss one of the funkiest albums ever recorded by anyone, the album with no name which was eventually dubbed The Black album. The album was so funky that Camille didn’t give it a name and Prince ultimately decided to pull it from its intended original release. As a result, this masterpiece became one of the most bootlegged albums ever until its official 1994 release. This album is the gift that keeps on giving more than thirty years later. Our three-hour conversation is a testament to that and that’s after editing it down from four.
