The Godsense Show is about going on the spiritual journey to free ourselves from the limitations of this world and aligning with our Creator to live intentional and purposeful lives. We will discuss: my perspectives and experiences on faith and spirituality, current events, world history and its effects on the past, present and future. We will also explore the spiritual journey of guests to see where we intersect and ways we can grow and learn from each others experiences to radiate at our highest frequency in the time we have now.

One of the hardest things about the human experience is being let down and disappointed by people we love and care about. While there are a multitude of lessons we will learn in life, I hope this is one lesson that will help you avoid being disappointed too severely. I received a simple yet powerful message from The Creator to avoid putting all of my emotional eggs into any one person or group of people. Like anything else in life, controlling ourselves and emotions takes setting clear intentions, time and practice to master to reach the next level our Creator has for us in this life.

In this episode I discuss the importance of trusting our gut instincts and intuition. We all have had that feeling in the pit of our stomach when something didn't feel right. Although it can be quiet, our intuition is a spiritual gift that is there to guide and protects us, as long as we listen. I address practices to adopt to become better alighted at trusting ourselves and our intuition.

Too often the way we live is based on standards that are not our own but, those of society, family, or friends. In this episode I breakdown the importance of defining what you want your world to look like and how to separate yourself from standards that don't serve you or help you grow. The process of redefining yourself can be scary but liberating. Living life on your terms alleviates stress and anxiety and helps you better maneuver in this world. I share spiritual and self care practices I use to help me I realize I was living based on society's standards and how I have been and continue redefining myself to bring calm, peace and balance into my life daily.

We've heard the saying, "show me who your friends are and I'll show you who we are". This episode focuses on being mindful and intentional with everyone you allow into your life. Your own wellness and wellbeing should come first. Are people in your life helping or hurting you? If you're being hurt repeatedly it's likely time to let someone go.

Looking at the racial discrimination black people are consistently subjected to in America. I propose a solution to not only African Americans but to all black people living in the African diasporta and black people on the African continent. The unity of all black people is needed for our complete freedom around the world.

Some cultures and ethnic groups have accepted the idea that they have been cursed, because of generations of "bad luck" . This episode refutes that claim. Those "curses" are instead unexamined habits, that can be changed if we truly want to make a difference and stop devastating family patterns. The power to make a choice to make a change is within us, not cycles we are destined to repeat.
