Every month Co-Founders, and lifelong friends, Amy and Charlie, will tackle meaningful subjects, and delve deeper with some of the previous speakers or members of their tribe. But with the usual dose of feel good and thought provoking Warrior Women vibes. We want to celebrate all women and leave no stone uncovered in our discussions, all whilst getting an insight into the warrior women brand and hopefully making you laugh.
In this episode of Warrior Women Podcast we speak to creator of Style of the City magazine Rosie Harris. Rosie spoke at our story telling event in June and blew our audience away with her journey, strength and positivity. We were asked during and after the event in June if Rosie could be a guest and we wanted more women to hear Rosie's story. Rosie shares her experience of building a brand from the ground up, not in ideal circumstances. We also discuss imposter syndrome, battling with mum guilt and why she thinks self care is the key to business success.
In this episode of Warrior Women Podcast we thought it would be great to escape whilst talking about travelling and going on holiday, seen as how it's a distant memory for most of us. We talk with the amazing Aimee, who is one half of Kingin It. Which aims to inspire people to 'rule your own world'. We delve into the story behind Kingin It, the highs and the lows. Plus Aimee shares her knowledge and top tips for any budding videographers.
Money Coach Talia Loderick talks to Charlie all about money. In this episode they explore why we do what we do with money. Sophie Howe, the world’s first Future Generations Commissioner, has jam packed our second podcast with lots of food for thought. Sophie addresses how the responses we are seeing, as a result of Covid-19, are the things Future Generations Act are trying to create as a new normal. Sophie wants women to be heard in policy making and how important all the things that robots can’t do will be in transforming our educational system. We can’t wait for the launch of the Future Generations Act and how this long term inter-generational mission will have a ripple effect.
In this intro episode we have a look over our warrior women journey so far, including Amy's disorganisation, debunk any myths about our name, talk about what feminism means to us and why we think there is a huge need for female only events.
