I’ve worn the label of "seeker" as a badge of honor without realizing the massive blind spot that came with it.
This blind spot kept me circling for years. And the marketing industry played me because I couldn’t see what I couldn’t see.
It’s our job as messengers to level up the world of business and marketing by leading conversations that honor people and create safe containers for them to do the work that actually moves them forward rather than promising overnight successes and hacks that play on their wounds.

MINE VS OURS.
I believe the world is stuck in a karmic loop because we don’t trust each other, leading us to "get mine" while others "get there’s".

Your Profitable Programs.
I worried for years as a coach about money. I didn’t have programs or curriculum. I just had my strengths as coach and my experience in business.
But that didn’t stop me from worrying because I didn’t have a system. I hadn’t mapped the path of my people, such that I could build a sequence of programs to serve them up the mountain called their life.
I did custom coaching and every client brought me their own mountain. I had to create a new path every time, with every client.
So when I learned how the power of designing my own programs and inviting my sacred tribe into those programs, everything changed. Everything got easier.
I stopped worrying because I had built a path they could follow out of my lived experience...

SPEAK YOUR TRUTH.
Literally, I mean SPEAK it. Don’t write it. Speak it.
I’m okay with writing. But for me it became a crutch and an excuse to not show up and lead my conversation in the world.
I had a bunch of "reasons" to avoid video and speaking my truth. As a chameleon for much of my life I thrived on fitting in not speaking up.
Part of that was because I had a hard time finding my words when others asked me questions. So I retreated to writing where I could explore my feelings and compose my thoughts in private.
This wasn’t bad. This was helpful and healing for me. AND...
It robbed me of my Voice in the world.
