Since his time onboard the USS Tennessee, Jon has spent many years leading teams in the electrical power industry as a general manager and Vice President. In the last few years he has concentrated his efforts to co-found and run Peak Demand Inc. where he manufactures electrical distribution components. Jon moonlights as a writer, over the summer he released his latest book All In The Same Boat: Lead Your Organization Like a Nuclear Submariner.
Will has spent many years in the consulting industry. He worked 4 years at McKinsey & Company after graduating Columbia Business School. From there he ventured out on his own into independent consulting. Now he splits his time as Co-Founder of Umbrex, connecting independent management consultants and as host of his podcast Unleashed - How to Thrive as an Independent Professional.
